Downloaded Program Files - History of Downloads

Recycle Bin - NOTE: Check it if there is something important before doing it.

Offline Webpages - Nothing Special Here

Temporary Internet Files - Nothing Special Here

Setup Log Files, Temporary Files, Thumbnails blah blah blah.

System Archived Windows error report files - This can save you up to 20GB of space!
