I don't have any idea why you are injecting race into the issue. And, no, you can't build a new car like for $2500 out of new motorcycle parts. This car is for *India* and is likely much safer and "greener" than a lot of the beat up 2-stroke rigs and 3-wheelers many people there currently drive. And a lot cheaper than the average import. I think they've done a great job.

If you have been in India and driven in the heavy traffic of metro cities, you know most of the pollution on the roads are due to the pathetic 3 wheelers which, in many cases use kerosene. Man, when we do nano bashing based on pollution, I feel so foolish. Environment is every one's concern, but we are just targeting the wrong person.
