About the solid railing you try to do at around 5:40, Users can simply put together 3 separate boxes and then join em together and create a new group.
Solution 2)
About multiple copies and dominoes with X key: You guys should select your solid and select the MOVE tool. Then, Holding the Ctrl key drag your original's copy to the position you want your first copy (you can release ctrl once you've started moving). CLICK once to set the copy and THEN type x5 and enter.
First impression is that your mic was either on mute or about a kilometer away from you, as I have to crank up my volume to dangerous levels to here you. Thanks for the tutorial, but the mic isses limits its utility.
@jonofwrath I understand that and i apologize. I am planning on doing a voice over for this video in the future. Thank you for viewing and please check out my other videos!
@SprodeBoy sorry, it didnt register with me as ive been messaging you in these public boxes. A private inbox? I cant find one on here. Have mercy... I'm old....slower than you are (though i still do ok on Black ops on occasion, shame on me I know, I should be doing something creative instead. Seen your guitar films and stuff. funny guy. If I was 30 years younger - and lived in the USA, We'de probably be mates.
I have tried, course. But it just seems to lock up. I dont know how to do it correctly is more likely to be the case. Need someone who had done it successfully to help. Do you have to put an axle on the disc? I cant seem to be able to do that. Do you have to select everything and create as a group?I can get them to spin independantly but not together.
great tutorial. thought you'de be the guy to ask this next question.....is it possible to attach a motorised pieceto another piece which is also motorised? (a spinning tube attached to a spinning disc) or is SP limited in this area?.
@monkeyboy9819 im not sure if i have responded or not but its fairly simple. I suggest watching this video again., looking up another video if i am no help or wait a little bit for me to come out with a newer video talking about dominoes in sketchyphysics. Thank you and have a good day :)

@sclen102 make sure you made a base block and not just a cubve. The actually base block tool makes it static and immovable.

Hi Austin ,
great tutorial. thought you'de be the guy to ask this next question.....is it possible to attach a motorised pieceto another piece which is also motorised? (a spinning tube attached to a spinning disc) or is SP limited in this area?.
sculptorguy 1 year ago
@sculptorguy Have you tried? i have seen it done but have not had time to experiment with SP. Please try and tell me how it works!
