No Celebrity or Sports Star is to be paid more than $7 Million a year. Salary is by Value and Skill. Starting Salary for Regular People By Law at age 18 would be $4.50. Rent for 18+ would be $35.00 a month. Trash, Electricity and Water would be $35.00 a month.

For example. Doctors go to School to Learn Doctor Related stuff. Doctor school shouldn't be too long. Two Years should be enough to Learn all you need to Learn. Starting pay for Surgeons should be around $21.00 an Hour under my system. That's alot of money compared to everybody else. Top Pay for a Surgeon should be around $55.00 an hour. Regular Physicians should be around $45. Engineers, CEO's, should be around $55 an hour also. Teachers are about $40.00 / hr.

Passenger Airplane Pilots should be paid Doctor Salary. Mostly High Ranking Positions are paid around the same. These are Police Officers, Teachers, Pilots, Fire Fighters, Emergency Medical Response. It balances out a system and doesn't cause comparison.
