Toby, to help you voice problem... eat crackers before you do all your video stuff, or something that similar to it. it coats your vocal cords and protects them from damage. The only reason i know this is because i tried honey and stuff too but none of it worked then i took advice from my friend because aparently screamo people do this. Im in theatre and have been for 4 years... over 15 plays, and trust me this helps. ALOT! thumbs up so toby can see this :) it will help!
