spikesmith, if you'll look at the video you'll see that the cameraman had not obeyed the warnings to leave, hell, a few of the riot cops had already passed by him before he was shot. next time, when the cops say LEAVE I bet he'll leave. It is like R396 said, theres always someone in a crowd who stirs trouble, who provokes violence. Oh and besides, the video only shows bits and pieces of the "peaceful" protest so how can anyone put so much stock in it being wholefully accurate? Think about it.
