Only OPTICAL image stabilizing system works properly for shooting while walking. None of these pocket type camcorders are equipped with the feature. IMO, better lens and quality OIS integrated in such a small body should cost $400, at least. Or else, get a Lumix DMC-ZS3 for $240 for much better video images.
Just don't walk around while shooting. Stay on one spot at a time. When you have pan, do it as slow as possible or do it only a little bit at a time and hold, and allow the viewers to view the still image for at least tree seconds for them to see everything while its nice and sharp before getting blurred image for panning again.
Or else, if you have a car or can ride one daily, tape the camera inside the front or rear windshield, and properly aim the lens, shoot while moving. You will probably get better result than holding it by your self. But only forward or rearward, not side views.
steady shot in small camcorders like these are software based and as a result useless. Only hardware based steady shots in bigger consumer camcorders actually work.

Try the Canon SD960 and you will see the difference. This new Sony Bloggie is not what it sounds like.
