the WC guy actually wasnt too bad, although he telegraphed a bit too much, he has potential....the other guy sucked balls and was trying to look too cool in his stance. This vid isnt aamzing, but not bad.

These practitioners have obviously only just begun. However, taking into account that this is an expeditionary bout, their hesitations and misused opportunities are more likely a result of courtesy to one another rather than a fundamental lack of skill. Fighting is never truly a game, nor can it be "practiced" with disregard for ones partner. I've witnessed many training sessions escalate to genuine conflicts as a result of overzealousness in sparring. Training isn't fighting, nor vice versa.

the whold time the mantis guy was holding his arm directly out, the WC guy didnt go for a single pak sau, and his low kicks would work better with the insoles kicking like your kicking up dust.. less motion, more instant.
One minute of seeing these guys shows they are locked into their own styles. Great when someone fights your way. Lost if other ops open up. Good ad for MMA.
this is definitly not northern mantis and not wing chun. i didnt see any praying mantis graps, kicks and not even the praying mantis stance.. and i guess wing chun aint that bad so it cant be wing chun

A Wing Chun (Wing Tsun or Ving Tsun)man wouldn't be scared to get in close range and take charge of the fight. It was hard to tell what styles these guys were using. Looks like Karate. Why learn a styles and not use it? If you want to know how to get in close range or trapping range, learn Jeet Kune Do. You will learn how to use the four ranges and five ways to attack.
these people have schools? judging by the size of thier school they have alot of students that actually pay them good money. for thier sake i hope the students dont see this vid.

not imprest, an average mma will kick ass any of this 2 guys. kind of lite spar, it seems, get some mouth peace and small gloves on , then let it loose a bit more. Not my thing WT or karate or some other voodoo crap. I`d love to meet some expert and trade some secrets, other that that don`t know much about it.
