I had a cop trying to wright me a ticket for smokeing out side the hospital that my son was born in. I saw no signs and i evan asked the head nurse on staff were i can smoke and she told me just out side long as im away from the door. well the cop said " dint your dumbs ass see the no smokeing on campus sign" No, he said its over thare.
