I cant use the T-pot file, I tried downloading it a few times, I think Adobe some how was used to try to open it then it got messed up, the other time bi.lord opened it, now i can't figure it out...HELP!!

For some reason I can't download T-PoT. I don't know if it's because it's not compatible with Windows 7 or what. When I try a box comes up saying windows can't open this file. No idea what is going on.
