The SNES version sounds like if Giygas is very unstable as if its about to blow up but the GBA versions sounds very sinister as if Giygas is going to completely overpower you .

In all honesty, I prefer the GBA version

well the fact that they combine an snes game with a massive nes game and put it into a single gba cartridge would be nearly impossible, so they needed to make some cuts by lessening the quality in certain areas.
