Taking in account the property taxes I paid and still do, the water and sewer charge every month and the fact that I need more art supplies and photography equipment, I would say $200,000.00 should do me for the year. Then after I live beyond my means again because I actually went out of control and ate twice this week, put me in for another $150,000.00.

Too true. This has actually been coming for a loooong time and I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner. Everyone has been living on credit cards for so long that few people know HOW to balance any budget anymore. And we sure have a great example being set by the government, eh?

Yeah, I told my sister they will probably transfer a check to my account and since I have been banking with WAMU (which is now being handled by the FDIC), it will take maybe 6 months for the money to clear. LOLOLOL

Actually, I have been on a rant for weeks now over some of this horse pucky that is taking place, so I started making this video in the afternoon when we still weren't even sure if McCain was going to show up for the debate or not. It only took him 22 hours to get from NY to DC after he said he had to quit campaigning and get to DC immediately in order to help with this Financial Crisis.

You're right, there's plenty of blame to go around, and overblown GREED knows no affiliation, BUT I am disappointed that the 1st thing the Bush admin proposes is $700-billion blank check with little or no oversight as to how it is doled out... and it has to be done IMMEDIATELY - no time to explore alternatives or set some parameters. "Do it our way - NOW! - or you're doomed!" is not a valid.

I remember when I had my 2 year old son in daycare. I was soooo careful not to swear in front of him, and he came home cussing like a truck driver. I marched him to the daycare center to find out what the heck was happening there.
The woman in charge said that the kids would gather in a corner and cuss and swear and giggle. She said it was just a phase and not to worry. To this day my son hardly swears at all. Not compared to his mother....:D
