  • @RCLaROCK1 this aint 1977!!! times have changed and so has hip hop, good music is good music whether you still have the style it started with or have moved on to a more modern flow. Things are gonna change, thats just how shit is.

  • @RCLaROCK1 you obviously didn't finish high school back in 77 or anytime because anyone with a GED would know that a definition of a word cannot contain said word or a variation of it in its definition. furthermore rhyming means two words or phrases that sound similar. this does not mean it has to be "heat" and "beat". it can be more complex...get a dictionary look that shit up and educate yourself and learn some new words. and using the metaphor of a wheel makes no sense FYI...all diss no love

  • Comment removed

  • @player7phil ..YOUNGIN..FIRSTLY your school should have taught you that..RHYMES ARE WORDS THAT SOUND THAT SAME.....lol,,,not words that sound similar to each other..thats your own shyte ur making up..(MM) DOES THAT VERY WELL.....your tying to sound intelligent but all you did was expose your ignorance its ok.. your still learning..dont get emotional its not serious at all

    i have a rhyming dictionary ...do you?..NO YOU DONT..(LESSON 101)

NOW THANK ME..and go change your diaper......lmfao

  • @RCLaROCK1

now i could write a rap dissing you and your lack of relevance in this world that would be far superior to anything youve done but A WISE MAN ONCE TOLD ME DONT ARGUE WITH FOOLS, BC PEOPLE FROM A DISTANCE CANT TELL WHO IS WHO. so ill b the bigger MAN and not argue with you.

  • @RCLaROCK1 Eminem has did it and has been documented in videos, he's not a real emcee?

  • @RCLaROCK1 Then how could you spit it if its just been written?

  • @tonediesel go home an practice so it flow better from the heart...as a pro in anything preparation prevents poor performance..if you know your going in the studio..be ready..dont youtube yourself reading papers ..sorry ..i come from a time zone where that was not allowed eveything you said was in the head...when you brought it to the people..what hes gonna do that onstage to...then not on you tube,,,to each his own ,,that my own you got urs..peace

  • @RCLaROCK1 i appreciate what your saying, but what if he wrote it on the spot, and they filming him as he spit it. Do you rhyme? you ever been in the studio wit a new beat playin, u write to it, go in the booth and spit it off paper...

  • @RCLaROCK1 do u rap...ok then u dont know.....if u do rap ,i never heard of u so mayb u should b writing ur ryhmes on paper... if u nice u nice homie... it dont matter.. its all coming from ur soul wether its on paper or ur dome....

  • Joell Ortiz is finally releasing Free Agent on April 20th via E1. The album is said to feature from Akon, Brother Ali, Bun B, Styles P, Sheek Louch, Raekwon, Novel, Smokey Robinson, M.O.P., Slaughterhouse, Maino, Jean Grae, Talib Kweli and Bobby Ray; and production from DJ Khalil, Lil Fame, DJ Premier, Red Spyda, Sean C & LV, Statik Selektah, Novel, MoSS, Nottz, Frequency and Frank Dukes.

If your a Slaughterhouse or just a hip-hop fan buy this album April 20th and support real hip-hop. Yaowa

  • @boozaaa Of Course Nobody Will Buy It Because "Real Hip Hop" Fans Are Fake. They Bitch And Moan All Day Everyday About How "Hip Hop Is Dead" And All Types Of Shit, But When A "Real Hip Hop" Album Comes Out NOBODY SUPPORTS IT.

The Slaughterhouse Album Should Be Platinum By Now But IT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE, Only 50,000 Sold.

The Same Thing Will Happen To Ortiz's Album, Technique's Album Etc Etc Until These Assholes Stop Talking And Start Walking To The Record Store And Buy The Damn Albums.

  • Yeah, I feel your anger...this shit gets me heated. When someone will come on Youtube and say how hip-hop is dead, but those are the exact people who don't buy albums. I feel as a young hip-hop fan that a change needs to come in hip-hop so I'm trying to spread the word online about artists who deserve more shine. 2010 looks a lot better for hip-hop than 2009. Lupe, Eminem, Crooked I, Joell Ortiz, Joe Budden, Canibus, Pharoahe Monch, MF Doom, Black Thought, Andre 3000, J.Cole, Jay Elect, Red Man.

  • @boozaaa real talk my list look a lot like yours... Lupe, Em, Joe Joell are all on a different level man. they are impressive. its a couple more but these 4 take the cake

  • @vault12 Yeah, I listed those artists, because they are putting out albums in 2010 which I'm really looking forward to.

  • @boozaaa look dude i respect everything you said but some of those artist personally i think that they sucks lupe is a no go canibus aint shit now and andre 3000 aint shit but for the rest i agree just my 2 cents

  • @56vision Andre 3000 is an amazing rapper. Canibus is lyrically strong. And Lupe is one of the most creative. Like you said I just had to add my 2 cents in. If not them who? I listed people who are putting out albums this year. That's why before I listed the rappers I said, "2010 looks a lot better for hip-hop than 2009." Read my comment, before responding. I'd also add Cunninlynguists, The Roots, and Elzhi to that list? Who are you looking forward to this year, besides who I listed?

  • @56vision Name one bad verse from Andre Benjamin

  • @boozaaa- you say "as a young hip hop fan" how old are you? im j/w cuz a few of the cats your named dont really get much recognition from "young/new" hip hop fans(in my opinion). its good to see

  • @FanOfRealHipHop I was 17 when I wrote it and I'm 18 now. There are artists that are good like the ones I listed that don't get even the recognition those guys get. Peace.

  • @boozaaa cant forget the new Army of the Pharoahs...and diabolic

  • @Dtour908 Oh, I know. I've heard of Diabolic, but never listened to him. And, I like AOTP, but haven't listened to their latest album. Thanks for the reminder, I think I'll do that.

  • @boozaaa i admit to downloading.. but i have a select few artists i purchase albums for

  • @martinmurray1016 Shit 90% of my shit is downloaded, I've only bought like 20 albums, but I'm only 18. Everyone somewhat downloads just some people more than others.

  • @boozaaa yeah id say 90 percent of my shit is downloaded too.. i have about 6 artists that i choose to support and go buy their work. sucks cuz if i had the financials id buy all of my music

  • @martinmurray1016 I agree, but the majority isn't that fortunate. So we support when we can. I mean it really isn't that hard to spend 50 bucks a year on music. Peace.

  • @boozaaa Everyone downloads.Nobody has the audacity to admit it,because of the struggling artists.

  • @Staytophmynde I'll admit it, but I'm definitely coping Joell, Joe, Crooked, Eminem, AZ, Black Thought, The Roots, Elzhi, and so on.

  • @boozaaa Thank you for your honesty,God...real talk.I'm a strugglin' artist myself,and I download ANYTHING I CAN.I know what y'all are thinkin'......do somethin'.

  • @martinmurray1016 you gonna buy Joell or Joe albums when they come out?

  • @boozaaa def joes no doubt.. he one of the few artists i refuse to download and only buy.. and since slaughterhouse ive become a joell fan so i believe ill b purchasing that as well.

  • Nas, Common, Little Brother, Meth/Rae/Ghost, Saigon, The Roots, Reks, Murs, Madvillany, Cormega, Inspectah Deck, The D.O.C., Tech N9ne, AOTP, Chamillionaire, Ice Cube, The Lady of Rage, 2Pac, AZ, KRS-One, Bishop Lamont, B.O.B., and so on. 2010 will be better than 2009. Who knows maybe we'll get another Slaughterhouse album? Peace.

  • @07liberian dude i copped that slaughterhouse as soon as i could. people talked shit on it till they heard it now i seen em bumpin it talkin bout how real fans they are.

  • @jonesean copped that shit same day it came out and with the mothafuckin escape route... i get all they albums they put out pig face weapon waist steep hop revival ep... fukkin monsters

  • This song is just nice...This is what hiphop is meant to sound like..

  • This song is on the Slaughterhouse mixtape and on there album

  • I hope this song will be on Free Agent.

  • @SummertimeOne What up, I twittered Joell asking him that and he said, "Nope."

I'm thinking this song is great, and it wasn't on the Slaughterhouse cd. It says in the music video w/ the 4 of them presented by Joell Ortiz so thats why I too thought it might be on, "Free Agent." But, he told me its not going to be. Peace.

  • Comment removed

  • @boozaaa What a shame, this is dope. But i guess it's because the song is old. Plus there's a version with Crooked and Royce, and even an official video for this song. Yeah...this was the dopest Slaughterhouse song and it wasnt on the album. I hope Joell breaks out of that group, he need to go solo mayne. Just like Nas knew one Firm album was enough, haha.

  • these dudes love what they do...look at these dude. Thats the love hip hop needs, but wit everything u have to have the dark side of the force: soulja ho, lil major payne<<<<cornball killas.

  • Nice ass beat too....

  • They both raw as fuck.

  • joell i luv ur flow joe NICE!! JERZY all day!

  • What you need to compare is Ortiz coming into his own, (2008-09, against Joe coming into his own (2004-05). The same shit you dudes say about Ortiz now is the same shit that was said about Joe back when he was at the same stage. Ortiz wants you to know he hot, Joe already know he is. MOVE ON from the comparision though and enjoy 2 straight beast who represent what I enjoy to listen 2, REAL TALK! Newark rep'n

    I'M SO OFF OF MUSIC....

  • whoa, jOEY SPIT lava!!!

  • joe budden is thaa best rapper ever

  • Joell's Verse izz Powerful

    Really Coming 4rm Dah Heart

    Joes Still Nice

iHeard a lot Of Joe Budden

Thiss Was Deff Not His Bestt

    5* Rate

    Subcribed !! -RAY

  • Joell Ortiz > Joe Budden all day, they prolly read all our comments, Joell Ortiz's flow is better, Mouse needs to climb a ladder to get to Ortiz's level.. just another step.

  • Comment removed

  • budden got this one, on a close call

  • dam ortiz is kinda jacked lol see tht niggas biceps? i thought he was jus fat haha he spit hard tho

  • shit soon as i saw joell and budden in a track i had 2 check this ys this not on the radio? stupid media muvafukers fucked it all up 2 get rich its not even bout bein real no more 2 people its bout materials

  • I been gettin drunk with Bo Hansson, the genius they sampled for this track... that was crazy. He told me about playing with Jimi Hendrix and everything...

  • Joel Ortiz and Joe Buddens slay 95% of the tracks they get on .......Real hip hop isnt dead just being revived by these few lyrical geniuses

  • @AngryCornflakes Joell is far superior than buddenz

  • i wont comment on who's "superior" because i've seen track that Buddens was on that he had the illest verse far better than Joell but Joell holds his on on ANY track he's on with Buddens i respect and admire them both and lets be real you dont have to "choose" who's better you just appreciate them for actually putting out music worth comparing

  • @AngryCornflakes if you watch joebudden tv , they always try to debate who had the better verse

  • cuz they're artists and the competition promotes better verses if you ever listened to the Raeqwon you'll see the track "Mef vs Chef" but they dont really care its all money for

  • well im comparing the 2

  • dis shit touched me no homo deez two niggas still making real hip hop..

  • big fuckin tune
