  • What a great song

  • lol at 3:30

  • Perfect beat. I never thought to champ up your hat with your fingers.

  • diiiiggggggg

  • i like the old one just as much if not better...i think the lyrics go better with an accoustic guitar...i like this version, but i think they tried to do too much with it...but as for a jam session i'm not saying it's not sick as shit

  • State Radio is awesome not just because of their music because the donate 90% of there money to charities and they are doing so much to try and fix the world i think we should listen

  • Who uses a barn as a recording studio thesedays? Cause I want in! I can play a MEAN tambourine!

  • I lost my Dad in a car accident 08/20/08 and this song has always helped me feel "OK" with it and helped me deal. Thanks to you guys... You never know how powerful your art can be. Thanks you.

  • chad actually played this song backstacge in asheville north carolina for my friend while he proposed to his wife.....its her favorite state radio song so she wasnt even paying him any attention until she saw the ring... it was awesome! thanks chad!

  • this band are sooooooo awsome

  • @Taylorwest626 Your grammar is sooooo not.

  • i like the album version better personally...it feels like it meets its purpose better slower with less of a reggae beat

  • i can not believe how fucking amazing this is. i am in love with them

  • state radio+a bunch of shows together+ indian moon+them in a barn =

  • I love this band.

  • the original acoustic version cannot be touched in my opinion. it's beyond beautiful :)

  • seen em 3 times never been disappointed

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAWEEEEEEEEEESOME! f***ing nice....guys you deserve my biggest respect for this version!

  • state radio are pretty good. still dont compare to dispatch, i would say chad is the best songwriter though. anyone hear about a reunion tour?

  • @GinaK07 dude dont worry about a reunion tour. just see this band as many times as you can live. they are that good live. ENERGY

  • @dylanyoung22 AGREED. Best band to see live ever

  • @GinaK07 that's like trying to compare foo fighters to nirvana just because dave grohl was in both bands. dispatch and state radio are two completely different bands, though chad just so happens to be a member of each.

  • STATE RADIO IS GOD

  • sick

  • BRING DISPATCH BACK!!!!!!!!!!!! Wonderful "jam" though

  • I never knew Chads Jr. had two p-90's!

  • I love this song...surelly in my top 10, if not in the top 5

But the disc version is better in my opinion...

    Thank you guys

  • Wow, awesome video.. Have been loving this song and this was great to find.

  • TOOL HAT!

  • what mic is that anyone??

  • looks like it might be a shure SM7B

  • what is chad holding at 3:11

  • a guitar.

  • @jinfer92 its not at 3:11, but my good sir that, is a bong.

  • lol, good find

  • Afraid not, looks like the same thing he's shaking @ 4:50 .. Not to be a party pooper or anything...

  • Ignore that time, it's 4:56

    and @thebassguy9083 btw.

  • @thebassguy9083 Ha! Well, "my good sir" that's not a bong. It's an african juju shaker. It's a percussion instrument.

  • New favorite song since i heard it! And this version is soo good!

  • this is mint :D

  • I can't listen to the old version now ... This one is SO much better !

  • @thom2606teddy

    You are an idiot

  • @thom2606teddy; Eh, kind of depends the mood your in.

  • @thom2606teddy couldn't agree more with u. such a great song

  • @thom2606teddy You can get this version in their new album

  • majestic... truly increadible

  • great version, loved it. Can't wait to see you live!!

  • i like it. but still lovin the original!

  • This video is sweet.

  • Who's the dude playing drums at 1:19 ? And why isn't Mad Dog? Just for fun to switch it up or cause they want it all to be recorded live at the same time?

  • Read the description.

  • Oh. Thanks.

  • lol np

  • The producer, Dom, is drumming. maddog is actually playing chuck's bass

  • Awesome...that just made my day

  • Couldn't have done it any better

  • Awsome!!! can't wait to see you guys in NOrthHampton and Conn. !!!

  • song of the week! keep coming to to hampton beach!

  • never stop being awesome.

  • This is awesome, but can't you guys for once just lighten up on the reggae? You make too good of rock to keep doing nothing but this.

  • @wessonballer I love the reggae they do it so well

  • @trhine It's just... come on, do something DIFFERENT. They do their rock the best out of anything, and they've been lacking in new rock lately...

  • @wessonballer idk man they mix it up a bunch though

  • @trhine Whenever State Radio needs a not-rock song, it's like they just do the generic reggae sound. They never used to do that, but the past year or two... They do hard rock wonderfully, though.

  • @wessonballer dude it's their type of music.. maybe they'll start with a reggae verse and then go into a rock chorus. It's what makes them unique

  • this is by far my favorite state radio song.

you guys were awesome at the bottleneck in lawrence.

  • Meh.

  • This song song just keeps getting better. Awesome

  • Such a cool version and video. Thanks stateradio!!!

  • i can't not listen to this song without bob marley popping up in my head.

  • This is incredible how they just sat down and yanked this incredible version out of their asses. I think I may prefer the solo acoustic version, but this is completely amazing as well.

  • i really doubt they just pulled this out their asses

  • @wyget I really really doubt he said "lets go to the G" to make people think he was being spontaneous.

  • @wyget chad kinda said they did though in an interview

  • @wyget state radio+a bunch of shows together+ indian moon+them in a barn+a couple beer = reggae moon

  • @wyget not entirely, no. the song was already written, makes it a lot easier. but, @4:20 "go to G"~ improvisation can go a long way

  • Yeah, and they've been playing this for a while as it is.

  • @wyget you're wrong then, haha

  • @wyget obviously you're not a golfer

  • thanks for adding it to let it go. top 8 album in boston. keep up the amzing tunes guys.

  • This music is pure bliss.

    Thank you, State Radio.

  • This is absolutely positively amazing. The video but also the music. Its mind boggling how chill they all are and how everything is just FUN

Thank you guys of State Radio
