@ady3900 This is a really late reply so maybe you already found out... You need to downgrade your slingbox's firmware to a version before they added encryption. With the newer firmware every resolution above 320x240 is encrypted and therefore unplayable by anything other than slingplayer. Haven't used XBMC but this is probably the limitation you had.

i can't change the resolution even if i add the slingboxsettings.xml,
there is another trick to change the resolution from 320?
