This reminds me why I'd love to see another Dark Messiah game, but with multiplayer that matches the singleplayer experience.

Oh yeah, and perhaps with the rest of the game a bit more balanced with the Donkey Kong-style barrel-throwing and reliance on the trusty heel of Sir Kicksalot Deathboot to punt your enemies across the room into fires, spike pits and Sparta-esque giant holes.

theres gonna be like 20 skirmishes and 1 or 2 heros. the server will assign the skirmishers a role to play. The role could be to help the heros or to fight the heros

hmmm level up... interesting concept i wouldnt have thought about with this game. if cops leveled up i guess you could class that as... patrolmen, swat team, agents or something, special forces :D ? not sure about it... maybe different loadouts become available if they consider this ^_^ but we can all rest assure that your kungfu templar ninja will level up lol, i mean he has to get better weapons and moves right..

I think i figured it out after thinking ok its like this:

You can play in the past or in the present and if something happens in the pass like if someone dose something it can affect the future so if you have like a house there someone could do something in the pass to make it so that your house never existed i think they might have like bosses in the pass so if there is a corrupt place in the future where someone ruled if you kill him in the pass it go's back to how it should just a thought
