This is only a medium difficulty rom hack xD Thers normal Mario World style levels, then Kaizo style levels, this, and TAS Only requires extensive bug abuse and slow motion save states to be possible. I'd rate this at 3/4 difficulty. I'd rate the tas at 98/100 possible points though, awesome job.
