  • Also reverse thrusters aren't used to calculate landing data so that shouldn't be a big deal.

  • Uggg 35 left goddamnit.

  • does anyone have a download link to season 11 ?

  • For chrissake, it's not "thirty-five ell", runways are referred to as "thirty-five left". Not to mention that while some runways require more technical competence and concentration, they are not inherently dangerous, or else the airlines wouldn't operate there. I call fearmongering.

  • Does anyone know where to find the new ones from season 11? Like episode 6 or 7?

  • yeah

  • I seen loads i saw one where the plane carryed to much and climate then twisted to its left and crashed into the building site

  • SQ 006 please.

  • Why are all airports in these series "one of the busiest in the world"? XDD

  • yo dawg i heard you like youtube?

so we put youtube inside your youtube so you can youtube while you youtube :D

  • where did u rercord this from? what was the original website

  • thumbs up if you think the constructors of runway 35 L are morons

  • WTF was this airline thinking? I'm sure that they had to know that this plane was going to be flying into that airport. So why in the hell would they allow this plane to continue operating with only 1 thrust reverser, to travel into an airport with a runway that's been deemed as coming straight from hell?

  • Also, the cockpit at 2:26 looks nothing like a real A320 cockpit, or the real cockpit of any plane for that matter. Planes don't have big square windows like that, the companies learned their lessons from the Comets on that.

  • I did not know the standard A320 could hold that many people. I thought only the A321 held that many people and the regular A320 only held 150 seats. Must be a pretty cramped flight.

  • wtf, they left it in service with only one reverse thruster???

  • verry sad

  • It's "thirty-five left", NOT "thirty-five L". The "L" printed on the runway differentiates it from another parallel runway on the same field. I hate it when these kinds of documentaries dumb down aviation terminology and procedures to this point.

  • grr... "runway three-five left", not "thirty-five ell"

  • whats that shiny light?

  • Interesting name for an airline at 5:11. BRA airlines, you are cleared to take it off...Oops, take off !! ... lol.

  • I spy small little red glowy dots.

  • I'm a former Air Traffic Controller. The correct expression is definitely "runway 35 left", not "35 L" as both commentator and reenactment crew say. Another fault is the commentator saying "the aircraft mysteriously turns to the left". Well duhhh - only the left side thrust reverser was working - trying to slow the aircraft from that side only! Add some aquaplaning and there you go. I hate unprofessional commentry.

  • @aussiebug1970

I can totally understand. But some Irony....It's because of ACI I am going to school to become an airplane mechanic! ( quite my min wage job and am going to school now) Man I hate the tests...but I am really starting to love my decision!

I have always been fascinated by disasters...human and man made. But perhaps I can help prevent some disasters from happening! What fascinates me though is how he react, adapt, and learn from them.

  • what did u recorde this out of a potato?

  • why this is with red!? it is annoying and negative to watch this! at least my videocard show red things in the video and that is not normal! it should show only the normal picture like in the television not with red sparcles or something! maybe my videocard is not working propebly, but in the other videos there is not the same kind of problem! so i think that you sir has made a mistake and that's why this is what it is!

  • This accident still doesn't make any sense. Why would ANY aircraft have their engines running at full-power during final approach and landing??? And I guess TO/GA never occurred to a group of "experienced" pilots. Grant it, we'll never know how the brain processes logic when put in a serious situation like that, but I don't understand how the pilots continued to try and stop an already compromised aircraft with one reverser operating, on a short runway... instead of executing a go-around.

  • When they realised they weren't decelerating, why didn't they go around?

  • @thestig747 because they'd already touched down

  • 'The plane mysteriously pulls to the left'. Do these producers/narrator know anything/do any research. If the number 1 reverser is operating but the number 2 isnt, the number 1 engine is pushing backwards the number 2 is pushing forwards, turning the aircraft towards the number 1 engine. From left to right on a plane you count upwards i.e. number 1 engine is the furthest left, the only left side engine on a twin jet.

  • @davidneibig its make you think about it ...

  • @davidneibig he explained thatt later.. he was narrating what pilots should be thinking at that time

  • what video streaming you use to see these? i cant find it on netflix

  • a youtube video inside a youtube video?

  • @nonameleft1

    INCEPTION.

  • @nonameleft1 vidception!

  • @nonameleft1 Funny

  • @nonameleft1

  • Comment removed

  • Its 35 LEFT not 'ELL' godam*it! Sorry, it gets really annoying listenign to the guy say it over and over again :P

  • @E744763Productions I know its so corny

  • @E744763Productions he's not saying ELL its L as in L for left

  • @Triny123abc Yep I spelled the letter out and nobody says that to a controller (and vice versa). Saying the letter L is just unprofessional

  • @E744763Productions yer i know that but he isn't saying to a controller, just to us!

  • @Triny123abc What are you trying to say? He was obviously saying the letter L as in left, but noody says the abrieviation 'ell' just 'left'. pointless......

  • @E744763Productions i've heard him say it twice within the first min of the vid so i paused it to see if anyone else was annoyed by it lol.... and sure enough u have one of the top comments! :)

  • @E744763Productions yes it sure does

  • @E744763Productions DUDE RUNWAY 35L! god damn

  • RIP

  • :'''''( I don't know why I continue to see this kind of program, I hate flying, and when I was taking off from Congonhas airpoirt, I was crying all time :|

  • so what happened to the quality?!?!

  • Yes!!

    The good narrator is back!

He played the co-pilot in one of the very first episodes; Racing the Storm, I believe.

  • Thanks for uploading!! Can't wait til this episode is shown in the UK so we can watch it with the good narrator though...

  • Time to build a new runway.

  • why are people complaining least he took the time to upload. thankyou <3

  • FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK

  • ...the quality is so bad I can barely make out any of the important details. =/

  • canadian narrator > british narrator

  • whats up with the fail red.?

  • yeah, really a shame about the accent, and quality. but thanks anyway.

  • Ugh... Having to hear "35 ELL" throughout the whole video is irritating!

  • wtf is this video is unwatchable asshole

  • Sometimes this show pisses me off. Correct landing clearance should be: "TAM 3054 winds 330 at 8, caution, runway is wet, runway 35 LEFT, cleared to land." GET IT RIGHT!

  • @davidbliamd....yes I know but no one says "thirty five L" You say "thirty five LEFT"

  • Runway 35 ELL???????? In my 14 year aviation career, I have never heard a runway called anything other than LEFT or RIGHT.

  • @mdo686 "35 ell" ? "its 35 L, as in thirty five left.

  • hmm good

  • Umm why reverse thrust on a320 the sliding type not 4 panels protruding from the engines ?

  • thanks but no thanks, quality is shit and framerate is fucked up, anyways other people seam to be ok with it, i can't watch it through

  • when will the new series be broadcasted in the uk?

  • It really bothers me how they keep saying 35L not three five left...

  • I like this narrator it's more emotional.

  • By chance, I just flew out of 35L this past week and made a short video from the cabin before takeoff. Starting at 0:04, you can see the empty lot where the plane crashed and the TAM building once stood (blue fencing).

    /watch?v=aWHcDSmAlpU

    And yes, it was raining.

  • Wikipedia says another episode has aired after this one, on Aug. 19 ("The Plane That Flew Too High"). Any chance of uploading it?

  • Thank you for uploading the long-waited new episode!!

  • I can't THANK YOU enough for the upload!!!!! This is my favorite show and I was dying to watch this new episode! You're my hero!

Very interesting investigation. That crash was nuts!

  • @JDD6214 Brilliant, they all work now - thanks again!

  • THANK YOU!!! I've been waiting for new ones.

  • Thank you so much!

  • @JDD6214 Thanks for the uploads, but no sound in parts 3 and 4...

  • @john9988766

    Its fixed, plz try again.

  • So the plane was still traveling at 140 knots after touch-down and was not slowing down, according to the screen shot. At some point the pilot must have realized that he was going to overshoot the runway - couldn't he have opened the throttles back up and tried to take off again (basically do a touch-and-go type maneuver)? At 140 knots he could have gotten the plane up to speed in time to take off. Is there protocol for this?

  • OMG thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Oh my god!!!! Oh my god!! You are amazing!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!! <<<33333333

  • You are the man ;)

  • ok i m sory about the sound i didn t say the describe sory

  • why is the sound of narrator so wird??

  • @ambroz19

This is the canadian Version, since it hasn't aired anywhere else yet AFAIK

    So its the Canadian Narrator.

  • @JDD6214 I prefer the canadian one... but the american and english ones are good too!

  • @JDD6214 i like him better

  • @ambroz19 the canadians the best :D

  • Thank you Thank you Thank you..long time it has been.

  • Thank you so much!!!

  • Thanks!
