I've never seen Boreanaz so relaxed and easy going. On interviews here (U.K) he's reserved, sometimes uncomfortable. He can't always understand the accents (Paul O'Grady). Maybe he doesn't get British humour but he does ok here while Ferguson used to work with Hugh Laurie, Stephen Fry, Rowan Atkinson, etc.

Compare: DB squirming at Graham Norton's blue jokes, and Anthony Head on Norton giggling his way through a BtVS parody called Poofey the Vampire Slayer.

Absolutely agree. Sadly though, we dont get his show in New Zealand so i gotta watch him on youtube...i'd trade him for letterman any day of the week. I don't know any other host that really makes the celebrities seem comfortable, and get them to talk just as normal people. He gets you laughing in not just a 'putting on a show' kinda way.

That's interesting. I first got to "know" him in Buffy S2 and when I much later saw S1 I thought he looked strange in that!

But I don't think he's aged well. It's strange that so many famous men, considered attractive, are short sighted, like he is. The longer they go on wearing glasses as they get older, the weirder they look around the eyes when they appear without them. As does DB.
