  • where can i buy this shit? :O

  • imagine if we had an abundance of radioisotopes needed to power nuclear batteries. we could slap it into one of these and have it slave away incessantly for a loooong time.

  • With all the dog hair floating around in our house, this is a major help for the ceramic tile! I love our roomba!

  • Excellent idea as a gift for baby shower - no more dirty floor

  • How lazy are we getting?

  • We got a roomba to, it cleans amazing

  • Roomba rocks :)

  • How come the Roomba hasn't been available in the Philippines yet?

  • o gr8t here we go i'm getting my shotgun and AK47

  • what if it gets stuck lool

  • the only thing it doesn't do is empty itself.

  • I want one!

  • Roombas are amazing. I'm a single guy living in a small apartment. All I have to do is make sure the entirety of my floor is roomba-friendly and I never have to vacuum, never at all! I'd say eliminating a weekly 20 minutes of must-do chores and the slave-like stress and frustration that comes with it is well worth the extra $300 (if you're short on cash there's always craigslist). Doesn't matter if it's loud or takes a long time if you can schedule it to run while you're at work.

  • Muito bom!

  • And for only 500 Dollars!

  • Owwww! so cute! but will it blend?

  • @eisv D: why would you want to blend it it so cute D:

  • Oh great, looks like Skynet is arriving after all.

  • wont get stuck on cords or tassels? ya right, i have this model and 2 before it .. they all got stuck on cords and tassels ..

  • @epicbeerdude Sue them !

  • @pcangeldust seriously!!!

  • It recharges by itself?

    Mother of God.

  • @samysam1313 Obviously a paid shill advertiser

  • Obviously a paid shill for this piece of junk company. These things are expensive scams and have spent most of their money on paid shills to launch this garbage instead of quality in the product. A 3-4 Watt vaccuum can never complete with a 1500 Watt real vacuum machine that has a hard time picking up some dirt in one pass.

  • the first generation can clean floors and carpets.

the second generation can do the dishes and weild your forks and knifes

the third generation will be sent back in time to eliminate Sarah Conner.

  • Roombas are poorly made toys that take more time, effort, and money than a vacuum and a dust mop, and do a worse job. They make better cat videos, though.

  • It begins... the future is now.. pretty soon the machines will seize an opportunity to overthrow man.. only a matter of time.

  • If this can suck me off it can replace the wife

  • @RandomSymms Ya but you have to schedule it.

  • The woman narrating this video sounds like Pam from True Blood.

  • what about dogs and cats?

Why is it so random when it moves around? It seems like it'd get done faster if it had a more systematic pattern.

  • does it come with a cat driver ? It can't navigate by itself!!

  • I have the 530 model and just ordered a new battery for it. I love this thing. It vacuums under beds a sofas and cleans better than any vacuum I've ever had. Only thing is it's not great in corners, but I can live with that.

  • The robot that is putting mexican cleaners out of a job.... their goes the recovery...

  • the floors are already clean though..

  • Terminator's bitch? Or Maid? Either way they both get smacked around

  • I m not convinced, if asking me! its a useless peace of shit i ever see in my life

  • Jacob Says: A flashing green dot in the center button means the IRobot Roomba 560's battery(batteries) are running low, so it returns to it's home base to recharge for it's next cleaning.

  • Where do u buy this things??

  • @SuperWildsnorlax I notice you can get this thing from Amazon.com and ebay.com. Roombas are AMAZING!

  • the end is near.

  • what if the roomba decides to make us clean?

  • 0:18 TO THE BATCAVE!

  • I never though that i will alive the days of self cleaning vacumes .. amazing ... :O

  • Now, that thing is great. But! ..... yesterday, when my dog made a big poo in the kitchen and we were out for dinner, the irobot turned out to be a vicious machine. Yes, it's everywhere ......

  • @rocknrollandroll

    LMAO!!!

  • run like hell when this thing becomes self aware. it will happen, you heard it from me first

  • "its time to let the robots do the work for you"

    its getting to that time....

  • those things kill pets XD

  • the thing that the commercial doesnt say is that its fucking loud and just wonders around everywhere not really cleaning anything

  • looks cool

  • cute

  • yay! now i don't need to clean up the mess on the carpet in my bedroom...if you know what i mean!

    iRobot: ME GUSTA

  • LOVE IROBOT ROOMBA

  • @arra009 rofl

  • this is kinda creepy XD

  • Da da dada da da da da dada da dadda da - DA DA DA!!!!!!!!

  • it will be more amazing if it includes r/c controller!

  • @MarkThimoty88 you can buy an IR remote for it!

  • all it needs to do is cook and im getting a divorce.

  • @xjp8x lmao

  • @xjp8x and get you beers

  • @xjp8x LOL

  • Oh boy...I gotta have one. This thing is awesome. I don't mind cleaning myself, but I have hardwood floors and the dust bunnies come out every single day, even though I sweep and dust mop almost daily. With this thing, I don't have to keep cleaning in between cleanings.

  • i would kick that thing if it ever came near me

  • This thing spies on you.

  • What if your kid leaves their Lego toys or something sitting on the floor? If you vacuum yourself, you would see them and move them out of the way so you don't vacuum them. Well this little robot won't do that.

Don't be a lazy tool, vacuum it yourself.

  • @couchman51

You're only saying this since you're a man.

  • Comment removed

  • Seriously, how fucking lazy are we getting that people are buying this kind of product? 'WALL-E' hit the nail on the head, we're doomed to complete procrastination.

  • @BreakRightIntoHeaven, some folks work hard all day and this would be nice for them. Also, when we get older some tasks hurt, so this would help ease the pain. :)

  • piece of shit, how bigs the dust cup, empty it every 2 min, oh and theres no parts available if it breaks....same with dyson STAY AWAY

  • wtf, i've never been so exited about a fucking vacuum

  • its over if it picks up something metal, or ur money :3

  • Just got mine two days ago. This shit is amazing. Its better than that H2o vacuum I saw on TV and probably any other advertised vacuums.

    Goodbye swiffers!

  • this is actually a truely amazing piece of technology even if it is something like a vacuum cleaner

  • I really don't understand WHY NiMH Batteries ???? Lithium-polymer are much more durable, load faster, smaller, lighter and are very cheap now .

  • my cat always sleeps on it and when it starts up, he holds on for dear life!! he he!

  • Love it.

  • Is this apples newest product? they failed at making phones like the iphone so they moved on to fail with making vacumes like the irobot

  • @chris978820

You do realize that the iPhone is the most popular phone in the world, right?

    Someone sounds bitter. And ignorant.

  • @Truedoogie That was last decade buddy. Maybe you should crawl out of w/e hole you are hiding under and take a look online. Android is quickly becoming the best phone. and deff alot better then iphone.

  • @chris978820

LULZ. What you are referring to, or what you think you are referring to, is the Android GAIN in marketshare, not the eclipse of the iPhone. The Android grew at 5%, but that didn't bring it past the iPhone. Not even close. "Quickly becoming" is not the same as IS. Now truthfully, RIM is still dominating because of it's enterprise use, but by your logic, the spike in iPhone use in the enterprise should mean that the iPhone is "quickly becoming" the best there, too.

    Fail.

  • @Truedoogie the iphone has been out for almost 5 years and released 4 phones with some new features but they all look exactly alike. the android has been out for 2 years and released 25 phones and every singe phone looks different to satisfy everyone.and with tons of features.

  • @Truedoogie if someone likes blackberry phones then motorola charm is for them. if some likes sidekicks then LG Ally is for them. if u lik iphones thn the droid 1 and droid 2 is for them which also has a full and touchscreen keyboard.i heard iphones finally got flash for camera.after 5 years.lmao. if u really think iphones the best then give 1 reason why its better then droids

  • @chris978820

Well for starters, the retina display. It won't be until next month that an Android phone is released that matches it.

The apple app store dominates any other app store in the world.

There are more reasons, but you aren't interested in hearing those. You just want more things to pick apart. Not to mention that you are changing subjects. I'll take that as a sign of defeat that you are failing to stay on topic about popularity by switching to features. Thanks.

    From my iPhone.

  • @Truedoogie Like I said before the iphones been out for 5 years and the androids been out for 2.so the apple app store would obviously be better.only a retard wouldnt agree with that. But android is opensource so you don't even need an app store to download apps.u can just make your own or download them online.android being opensource also means you can do alot more with the phone then apple or even your phone provider allows and offers(couldnt fit it all in 1 so second half of comment seperate)

  • @Truedoogie I was curious about how much of a difference there was with retina display between iphone and android so I quickly looked online.took me about 20 seconds and I found a few online sites that said a new android phone was recently released with the same retina display as iphone.so no even that's not better then iphone.it doesn't matter if 1 android phone or all 25 have it.it's still considered one of the main android features.(last part of comment is seperate also)

  • @Truedoogie and it's funny how you don't even understand it.but as an apple fanboy i can see why.because popularity has to mostly do with features.that is what increases popularity more.the more features it has the better it is.like droid.so come on.give me more reasons why iphones better.I wanna know what they r.

  • scary.

it's like that little robot in wall-e

and what if you have a dog?

  • i couldve buy this already if its lesser than 250chf. *sigh*.

  • Good product stupid female salesperson...

  • that is so awesome

  • Ce n'est pas un gadget, Je l'utilise depuis plus de deux ans... C'est vraiment formidable !

  • i love my roomba it works better than my old vacum and deep cleans :)

  • This is both for cleaning whilst it's a great toy :D!

  • Someone should buy one of these and put it out in the street. Soon enough, the whole neighborhood will be spic and span!

  • lol at 0;50

  • skynet called

  • @neilss1 LOL!

  • I'd love that. I live with 4 cats :P and I fcking hate the little hairs on the floor <.<

  • the docking station lol

  • the time you take to clean the roomba is longer. can you design a robot that will clean them-self too?

  • only in america would this shit be popular.

Anything to stop you having to walk around while eating McDonalds

  • @confusedhebru Only in America would people invent things to make our lives easier through the use of machines. Other examples cars, computers, dish washers, washing machines, dryers, regular vacuums, fans, running water, alternating current electricity in all rooms of the house, telephones, cell phones, GPS systems, high speed internet, flushing toilets..... Blast those Americans.

  • @krizutch and yet you cant even beat a bunch of farmers hiding in the desert who lack pretty much all of those things :D.

and there is a fine line between convieniance and plain stupidity. but to be fair, japan are beating you in that department. but Americans find it very hard to accept defeat. especially when it comes to unwinnable wars in asia against farmers.

  • @confusedhebru

I won't argue with you about the war thing. In fact most American's want out of the war. The beauty of fighting an unwinnable war is that you never have to stop fighting it. SO the people that started it and want to continue it get their way and the rest of us and the world has to suffer.

You clearly don't own a Roomba or you would realize that they work really well, especially if you have pets. I would rather vacuum once a month than once a day, that just me.

  • No Roomba driver? how does this work without a cat driving?

0:24 Note how the crisps are on the floor kids walk away then 0:27 the crisps are crunched up smaller

  • @CrashOrgasm LOL i cant believe they let that air good catch man.

Even still it seems like a cool device

  • @CrashOrgasm

and.... pulled all together in a pile too...

  • Uhhhh does it vacuum long carpet, becasue I dont want to buy one without knowing if it vacuums long carpet. I've looked everywhere, but cant find anything.

  • o damn i hate sweeping this would be great

  • Hola, soy elenita, eso no sirve jejej

  • Damn, I want one xD!

  • how long does the battery last on this thing?

  • @ReassuringSmile some of these models come with a "home base" which is where the robot goes to recharge automatically when the battery is almost dead.

  • @banditthetheif I dont have carpet. can I still get it!?

  • Get it from ebid its cheeper than ebay and shipping was free!

  • ONE PLEASE!!

  • love the way te commercial use a huge cleaning shit to make it look so hard

  • wow

i also saw a kitty potty or for small dogs where after the animal is done the remnants of their dinner are sent to a box and all you have to do is empty the bag

  • It would be cool if they made one that automatically emptied it's dirt container into a special bin. But maybe that's just the lazy person in me speaking :P Otherwise they are a cool idea. I plan on picking up a refurbed unit to test how well they work.

  • Rule number one when using something like this : Use it on the ground floor ONLY, unless you want it sitting at the bottom of your stairs completely disassembled :P

  • It has stair sensing technology.

  • ...Stair-sensing technology my ass, no seriously, i put something like this on my top floor once and it didn't sense stairs for shit, it fell all the way to the bottom of like...20 steps and was in 5 pieces by the time it reached the bottom

  • What model did you have? That really sucks.

  • @superblynoah I had the Roomba 530, it really sucked :P

  • @TiGeRiSpWnAgE - total bull , roomba detects stairs and dont fall down , I know since i have had a roomba for 2 years.

However the detect mecanism also avoids black-rugs since it belives its a stair/level diffrence.

  • @heraklen ...i saw it happen...you know, there's this thing called a defect, which is basically what happened to mine, i actually saw pause at my stairs, then continue, slowly, until it gradually tipped over and fell down 22 steps...In a circle

  • So because your roomba had a "defect" you automatically assumes 100% of the roombas in the world have the same?

  • @heraklen And since the one they sent back to me did the same thing. Then i assume that at least 75% of these things will fall off stairs.

  • i think that thing pays for itself

  • There's not much space for dirt or something :/

  • I want one!

  • i heard that the white 1 was junk but the 560 was real good so i bought it and im verry happy with the results..love it

  • This is peace of shit! First warranty reapair was ok (cost me 40 euros), second one I thought I am helpfull and bought new battery. Now they claimed the warranty, because it had a new battery! Shit! Avoid this iRobot fucketi fuck company! If you want an excellent robot vacuum, spent a little bit more and buy Kärcsher!

  • these don't work well. they go around randomly miss hundreds of spots, can't see walls or stairs like it says, and are almost completely incapable of finding their dock to charge.

  • looks like its just going around randomly

  • WTF!!! OMG

it goes automaticlclly when it needs crging>>>???

    fuk damnNnn

  • Would not work on my floor but i can imagine that it works pretty well on laminated floors.

  • It works on any floor , however if you have many throw rugs its not going to go well since the sidebrush often get stuck under the rug so robot avoids the rug completely.

  • I WANT ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Blacks always with their hatred, it shows their lack of intelligence

  • Another comment by presupposing, ignorant fool!

  • this think really works or not ?

  • Everyone who gets it apparently loves it. I'm sure you can't substitute it for heavy duty cleaning though

  • lol...what do you expect? what would you rather do: clean the house by yourself and get tired or would you rather let a robot do it which doesn't get tired or has any feelings?!?!

  • It works :D

  • i love mine. i set it to clean my whole house an hour before i come home

  • i've got the 580. Great machine and also funny, as it also comes with a remote :)

  • It is an impressive technological progress. Robot like this will should be in every household within 10 years.

  • I think I'd rather just use a vacuum.

My friend has it, he said it's shit.

It goes so slow, and it goes on the same spots that it already cleaned 4 times.

Takes over an hour just to clean up a carpet the width and length of two cars.

  • I love just pushing a button :)

  • Yeah it takes much longer, but on the other hand you can set it to clean before you go to work and come home to a clean apartment.

  • Can the virtual Walls be set to make the roomba stay in a certain space for a certain ammount of time , I mean like an inboard timer on the virtual wall or is it just an on and off switch?

  • The newer lighthouse towers keep the roomba in a room until that room is totally clean.

  • I have got to get this for my house

  • Wow their children are soooo lazy they don't even pick up their mess

  • I am getting one! Aaah how technology makes us lazy (in mycase anyway)

  • if my kids left a pile of chips on the floor like that i'd beat them

  • you can buy the roomba "hit your kids". An i robot that automatically slap your children when they are bad. I got mine too and it works.

  • LMFAO...OMG that was great.

  • thank you, you will be come a great jedi one day :)
