Taz"z" used that name shortly after the release of a Raw/Smackdown game, but then failed to use it thereafter. Seeing as there is no real name for it, "Old Man Flop" is the best anyone can go on. I'd call it a "Fighting Face Plant" or something, seeing as he's throwing shadow punches just before crashing.

Why are you telling people to catch themselves on one arm? It's dangerous and makes the bump look choppy because you hear them hit the mat twice on one move when it should be just one solid bump. Plus your chest can take the shock and it's far easier for your entire body to take it verses your arm taking the initial shock

I love doing this fall! Because of the face bump,I used it in one of my plays at school.

The play was Romeo & Juliet,It was during the fight scene in the very begining where my partner wanted to add some comedy to the fight,so we went along with the script to the point where I'm on the ground then I jump up roll up my sleeves get pumped and start talking tough and just half way through stage I do the face bump and the audience LOVED it!
