It would of been helpful to hear him. When you put music on loud you can't hear him. And it doesn't show you how to clean the cartridges, just change them.
You Forgot To Clean The Pump Strainer Basket...Which generally contains most of the heavy debris...plaster, rocks, leaves, golf balls, etc....very important step...you are clueless margarita boy!
@t0msawyer77 How much simple green do you use? I'm researching a suitable filter cleaner besides that chemical I have been buying at the pool store at 15 bucks a quart. Is simple green effective? Thanks
I just bought a Jandy CL460 like this one, the instructions on sticker on clamp band and also in owners manual stress with etreme danger that the ends of the band clamp must be tightened to they touch or at a minimum gap of 1/8" ... your band clamp gap was well over 1/2" .. are you trying to get someone killed? acording to the sticker next to the nut you were tightening it very clearly says minimum of 1/8" or touching.
would have been nice to see the actual CLEANING process rather than assembly. You need to rename you video "how to open your filter, install NEW cartridges, and reassemble filter housing.
The easiest part is soaking and hosing off the filters- sorry, but any idiot should be able to figure that out, and if not, there are tons of other videos on here. The part that worried me was properly opening the filter housing and reassembling it. With the pressure warnings on top, you feel a bit nervous about messing with the whole thing without some instructions and this is the only video I've found that shows how to do that with a system similar to mine, so thanks!
The video was fine except I could have done without the music all together. Half way through, the music got so loud, I couldn't hear what you were saying for a while.
@LLLTTTCCC I just saw another video where the pool company guy said you should try to clean it the cartridge(s) every 4 to 6 weeks and especially at the end of the season. So far I've been cleaning them only at the pool opening in May and at the pool closing in Oct.
Not only is the song annoying its illegal to use without consent from Jimmy Buffet especially when your using it to advertise. I will say that you taking the time out of your life to educate others is great. Keepup the good work...just less music and more of you...thanks for the video

The brand of the Filter System is Jandy. If you change from the DE filtering system to a cartridge system. YOu will be very happy you did!!!
