  • Why did she start speaking from her ass in a male voice?

The best advive from this is dont get a white carpet.

  • you dont have a clue mate, you fukt that carpet. you havnt extracted any of the nasty chemicals you sprayed onto the carpet, did you say if the carpet was wool or polyproplene or 80 20 twist as there are different cleaning methods for all 3, i would NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY and hope nobody else ever does

  • Hi, on our website there is a page that explains how to pick a cleaner, so many of the so called pro's have no idea, they are poorly trained, it does not suport any company just gives you the info you need to choice a good cleaner

  • it has been over a year and it still looks great I have cleaned carpets for over 25 years it is a cheap simple way to get threw untill you can call a good cleaner, we all know you cant call a pro every time we have a spill- thats just what they want you to think

  • what an idiot !!! that scrubbing brush you used has probabaly damaged the pile, you didn't even pre treat the stain, you will of left a sticky residue behind, you should leave it to the professionals, people like you give us HONEST TRAINED carpet cleaners a bad name.

  • if you think a brush will hurt the carpet then do you float, have pets do they float

do you take off your shoes cook in you home becouse dishwashing det is the largest reason for stains. as you see in the video we did not need to treat the stain, we use a low ph shampoo, stain fighters have a high ph , once again good shampoo leaves a brittle residue not soapy

carpet cleaners like you ruin so many carpet and have drove up insurance for us by leaving carpets wet and full of soap

  • Not to rain on your parade, but you probably did more damage than good. I guarantee that all that soapy residue is still in the carpet and it could possibly bleach it out. And that area will now get dirtier because of all the residue is going to make the dirt stick to it. And yes, I know what i'm talking about because I work for a carpet cleaning company. I have to deal with it all the time.

  • I have cleaned carpets for over 25 years

if you use a good product then when it dries it will crystelize only poor shampoo leaves a soapy resiude, it has been over a year and stain has never came back, as far as bleaching it out, evan rug doctor tell you to test for colorfast

ask your boss to teach you how to do a peatree test, if the shampoo leaves a soapy residue throw it away

  • Well maybe you have a product that isnt soap based like most. But I can guarantee you, that if a professional carpet cleaner went over that spot, you would see a residue that was left behind. And not to rain on your parade, but the rug doctor is pretty much the worst machine you can use to clean your carpets. Your better off saving your money and calling a professional.

  • HI, we have truck mounts and portables, the idiea is to give the home owner a way to clean up spots in between cleanings, it has been almost a year and the spot has never came back. we have 2 children if we called a cleaner every time the spilt somthing we would be poor, one of the people said to use pretreatment but most carpet manufactures will void warrantee
