El "documental" es explicito , pero creo que el creador del mismo no ofrece una introducción didactica sobre la MEDITACION CAOTICA , lo curativo y a la vez chocante de expulsar la basura emocional a través de una CATARSIS de gritos y sacudidas del cuerpo , lo recomiendo hacer pero avisando en casa sobre el procedimiento
