Now I know that someone remembered what Memorial day is all about. Most people just had a barbecue and drank beer.

I spent 2 1/2 hours there that morning walking and talking with other veterans. I wasn't able to stay for the ceremony, but was surprised how many people were there at 6am. It was a beautiful day, too.
