  • @funchase. Great job and the music is so fitting.

  • Thank you. My Grand Parents, and Great Grand Parents lived there, and we still visit my Aunt there. Been going in all seasons since 1959. Always love it, no matter the season.

  • I Live there All year round for 11 Years and It's still weird :P

  • VERY well done! Eerie but beautiful.

  • I biked from Cape May Point to North Wildwood last January. There wasn't any snow on the ground, but the sense of solitude, of isolation, of ghostly nothingness, was in the air. Wildwood is fascinating but almost frightening in the dead of winter. At night it can be terrifying. Sometimes all you hear is the sound of a distant person working on his summer place of business. A hammer driving nails. That's all.

  • Wow...it must be boring as hell off season

  • OK now im freeked out to go there anymore

  • you shoe bees are retarded

  • damn wildwood looks like a ghost town in the winter

  • wow thanks for this i love wildwood im there from 2day til sunday

  • When I was a kid, I used to ask my parents what the boardwalk looked like with snow on it in winter...they told me it never snowed in Wildwood. Those dirty fibbers!

  • Ahhh wow. This is great, and so is Aerosmith. I guess they have snow plows there too, right?

  • no shit

  • The Golden Nugget is now gone as of 2 weeks ago

  • that sucks, as cheesey as it was it was always a favorite to go on and remember a different time!

  • OMG!!! it's sort of freaky in winter really... Well The Golden nugget is and speaking of the golden nugget, why is it still there if they don't have it running? Well it's VERY freaky at nighttime because it's like all by it's self in the sand and i was watching other videos in like the 1970's and there was like rides arould it but now it's all by itself

  • the golden nugget is gone now

  • I would bet some of those pics are from the storm in the 1977-78 timeframe. I lived in Wildwood from 77 until 83....awesonme video

  • Thanks so much. I'm happy you enjoyed it.

  • This is SO, SO awesome! You are a genius! I have always wanted to see Wildwood in the winter but never have. It's only a 2 hour right from Philly but we never get there during the winter. Every summer, though! Hunts was my favorite! Thanks for the memories. Aerosmith is a perfect touch!

  • Very cool video. Although the boardwalk and touist areas are quiet, The Wildwoods are quite inhabited in the offseason. About 14,000 call this home.

  • Some of those things are no longer there, the Wildwood Diner, Shore 4 Theater. When were these pics taken, and of the Golden Nugget Mine on former Hunt's Pier? Snow on the Nugget?

  • OMG. Man, that was the greatest. I love going down to the shore when no one is there. Great video!
