i made an extra long version of this for my home studio, it takes 5 guitars. all i can say is im so glad i have block walls because drywall wouldnt hold that.

@nextgapdotcom thanks, you have given me the last piece of the puzzle for my custom wall rack project. PS never lean the guitar face-out against a wall, always face-in (less stress on the neck)
I like this :) ... I just bought 4 as well xD ... with youre design could have a long piece of wood, lets say 1 meter, and have a row style guitar holder for the price of one old broom stick handle and a spare pice of unused wood haha.. priceless :D.
@nextgapdotcom right :p, you made one small one for one guitar... now for more than one guitar in a different places, then you make maybe 2 or 3 of the small ones. Alternatively you could use a 1 metre plank of ply and chop a broom handle up and just make one unit ... :P

@WeslieJJ94 Just wanted to add that money is not the point here. Rather , it is building sth from scratch - good for people with a little spare time and a love for DIY crafts.
@WeslieJJ94 !!!!...how many hours do you need to make 1 hanger?i made 5 in less than two hours...including the time i was in the shop to find the materials.
i bought the materials on the way home after work...
anyway the story is this....if you want to make something you make it....otherwise you buy it...so simple...
