If she comes. Which she doesn't always, but if she does she will stand up from off the side of the road and then sway back and forth crossing the street. She then disappears. But If you have the BALLS to stay she will reappear getting closer and closer to your car. Me and my friends had the balls to stay. I just wish we would of had a camera.

I saw the same exzact thing Emeditly after flashing the headlights you see a light starts out looking like car lights but has no refective light then as it get's closer turn into a green blob comes really close to the car I never seen anything like it in my life I will never forget it will haunt me forever those who are sceptec as I was this will turn you into a strong beliver the shit is real as it gets.

OHHHH! and FYI, it's definitely NOT car headlights reflected, at all. When I seen it for the first time, there was not a car in sight. It was around 3:30 in the morning on a tuesday. Hardly anyone is out at 3:30 in the morning on a weekday, aside from cops in Ogden. It's defintely real, and it WILL follow you. I've seen it on three seperate occasions and it still scares me to this day.

Its green ball of energy and when think it headlights it gets briter and closer and the some times it's green ball of enery I seen I full person figure it seemed to have it's own light that was not refective.Its starts where the two big tree's are and emdeatly respoded to are headlightsThis goast is real and the scary's shit I ever seen people dont belive me when I tell the story but there this video to prove it.I was also at first a sceptic.

That is the statue that "follows you". It only works when it's pitch black. And you have to drive around this statue three times, and it really does look like it's head is following you wherever you go. But who knows. It might just be really dark, and so your "mind is playing tricks on you". But everyones done it. Even my own parents have. That's a popular one.

Yeah, I went there with my buds and this is totally real. I also thought it was the reflection of distant headlights, but then it reappeared closer and you could see it moving in front of the trees and stuff. I've done some ghost-hunting before and this was crazy. Too bad these guys are too freaked out to get decent footage.

I have gone and seen her and I also have drove around the military statue and I have walked down witches lane. Me and some of my friends used to do security for the cemetary when crusin washington blvd. was a big thing. It is no BS. If you want to go check it out do it at your own risk its trespassing after dark wich comes with a hefty fine.

flo is actually car lights reflected then distorted on to the road, since the place flo appears on kinda on a slope the car lights from the neighborhood road is right infront of it gets distorted and reflected on the road..

i have been 3 times total, first time was the best, she would float within 30'ft. of my car. second time i brought video camera, but she wouldn't caome close and appear as often, very dim and hard to see her, the camera was not able to pick up anything. 3rd time i went, she did not appear at all.

sorry doesn't even look like you were near her grave. You can't flash her stone from a straight approach. The whole Flo Urban Legend is BS anyway. It's been proven that's its false, including how she died.

DOn't get me wrong I do beleive in ghosts, but it amazes me how people think that crappy video that has never been analyzed is paranormal. Now go out there and capture it on a real camera with IR or Thermal and you'll see exactly what it is.

So umm .. how did you, or the other car flash your lights at "flo" grave like the myth goes? It's not a straight on approach. So you have to turn your car towards her grave. It's a pretty tight fit there. So couldn't the 'green' be a reflection of the grass from the other car.

u gotta flash ur lights at her grave 3 times. then just wait. u can even turn the car off, at least thats what i did. and she'll show up , moving forward left right then back. or one time even showed up next to the car on the passensger side, got scared so drove off tho.
