i wouldnt pay over 20 bux for these mini units. they are cheaply made from china. they only hav e aworking range of about 3 feet and have a weak signal. if u want to jam gps get and handhelp unit with more power. u ge what u pay for. these prolyl cost about 50 cents to make. i had one and it worked. but barely, and it broke because its cheap

This does noit block the Lowjack system since it is on a UHF frequency. It is used mostly when renting trucks and cars if you want to sneak out of state.

If this blocks phones also, then I can see the point. However, I cant really see the point of blocking a GPS signal, unless you intentionally want someone not to know where they are. I suppose "area 51" might have an order ;) GPS head units are passive, so any signal blockage would be ingress.
