@OniellFord i just saw the animated series teaser here on youtube. while it looks promising, it also looks like a prequel to the movie. i was hoping for more interaction with flynn's server world and the rest of the internet. but i'll still check out the show :)

No matter what people say this game has a nice warm feeling attached to it. Despite it lacking actual freedom, it has the style required to make you feel the gameplay. Ofc I have noticed that people without 6th sense [fantasy] find this game hard to play and boring. It has a splendid multi - the lightcycle arenas ;)

Still, it's good to see a video of it now-a-days. Aside from the resolution, this game still looks good, even today.
how did you open that archive bin for the permissions for the power stream thing it wont let me open it and i got the primitive charge from that guard what do i do?
@reapermachine No because a 'Bit' (from the first Tron film) only says yes or no. Since this is a Byte in this game which is higher than a Bit, it is slightly more advanced hence it can say more than yes or no.
Never skip the tutorial. Your first level up is in the tutorial, and there are only 8 more in the rest of the game. You sabotage yourself by not going through the tutorial. It's only a couple minutes long anyway.

@Madmann135: why would he include cutscenes in the first place? That's against the game's copyright. There's a reason it's a game. You can't just look up on the Internet and expect to watch a full game. That ruins the experience and slows down sales.
@EeveeIced Yeah, I'm pretty pissed it's not on the 360's Backward compatibility feature. If they can do it for games like KOTOR & Mercenaries, then they should be able to do it for TRON 2.0, with the new movie coming out and all!
@OniellFord exactly! that game was just soo fun im actually missing it now... they need to make a remake of this game for the 360 and if they do then it better not be a movie version...
@unnaturaltragedy I wen't online one time and got my ass kicked real fast, so its not fun. Last about 10-15sec before someone kills you. I plalyed the disc arena . Speeder bikes would be more fun I think. I'm fixing to start playing this again. I rented the TRON for PS3 and it sucks.

Never skip the tutorial. Your first level up is in the tutorial, and there are only 8 more in the rest of the game. You sabotage yourself by not going through the tutorial. It's only a couple minutes long anyway.

You forgot to jump up on some boxes in the last level shown. There is a archive bin with Permission 4 and a Submask Subroutine.
I cannot figure out how to jump up to that box.

I loved this game so much.
I loved the kind of immersion it offers you, espescially if you just go around collecting e-mails.
You learn that Jet has been to military school, that Flynn was named his GodFather and you can see the spectres training regimen first hand.
Fun! :D
