Well at least she is out there training I give her an "A" for effort. And then the instructor has to be qualified to teach this type training.

if shes training for combat then she shuld get used to keepin her gun out til all threats r gone instead of reholstering so often (unless her level of training prohibits it). she shuld hav about an arms length between her and cover & expose much less of herself. also dont pop out from cover in the same spot twice (they'll b lookin for u ther). practice practice practice! all advanced high-speed low-drag shooting is just the basics applied faster. MASTER THE BASICS. good shootin! keep training!

Not a bad video, but if I were doing that drill I don't think I'd use the Isosceles stance.

She just moved into the advanced stuff a little too fast. No big deal, everyone wants to get into the faster stuff. Just go back and get a base set of skills to build from. Don't be like some (me) and learn too many bad habits by trying to go too fast.

Needs a lot of work on the basics, like her draw stroke and return/reholster technique, grip, sight alignment and situational awareness. "Take your time" will get you dead. I suggest some professional training and a lot of range time.
