My opinion: Unless you are single or a couple without children, I wouldn't recomend buying this house. If you did, you would have to combine the so called "three bedrooms upstairs" into one just to make it liveable.
I have personally seen the inside of this house, and it looks beautiful. There is a huge yard and I believe a little bit of a patio. But the only thing potential buyers should be wary of is the bedroom sizes. This video is a bit deceiving. In the video, they look okay, but in reality, they are tiny. Also, I have no idea what the owners did to the walls, but they look like a quick, CHEAP fix......
