Google indexes all of YouTube's videos as well as many other sites so if you want to find something easily you should stick with Google. Heck, you can even find full episodes of some obscure things that aren't even on Hulu with Google Video!

If you upload videos yourself and want a large community to talk about your videos or to talk about other people's, it's YouTube all the way.

Youtube doesn't let you break copyrights. They disable your audio if you do so. They don't even let you play 5 seconds of WMG, Sony BMG, or any other large recording company's music. They even censor it when the artists themselves try to upload it without the recording company's permission (even though they are obviously not getting any of the revenue their songs generate.)
