Thanks, It's called a "Shubb capo" I believe. It has a clamp and is open on one end so you can slide it across only 5 strings.

as soon as I asked, naturally I found out on Ebay, to my surprize. but is the capo worth the $21.00? Hate to buy it for just one song. thank you
I don't know about spending $21, I found mine...
You can also retune the guitar for the same effect. Just drop the E to a D and it'll sound the same though 1 step higher than the Original version or Tune the lower 5 strings up one step. (Though you could pop light gauge strings)
