  • don't try to lean back but try more to use your arms

  • If you know why you are doing an exercise, which level you want to reach, which quality you want to work, and you know the biomechanic of the body... so you can do whatever you want!

  • why are you moving your leg back?

  • Could you reverse this motion and do a dynamic standing chest (bench) press?
