A marine squad's helicopter is shot down in enemy territory--the are MIA. This song is about one soldier's struggle to defend his comrades in battle. Sometime in the story, the soldier is mortally wounded. He feals intense physical/mental pain. His willpower is the only thing keeping him alive. Soon, all of them are killed, and their identities become lost in time.
At least thats my interpretation, yours may be different.

Just to clear it up, the dislikes are done mostly by bots created by fat guys with no life. It doesn't make sense why they do it, but they do. And yet they give their life gladly and they would definitely give a second one. their country and its people mean everything. their sacrifice may be that of an unknown soldier,but we should try to respect them even if we don't know them

Case in point, the revolutionary war. It made the country we all celebrate today, it was our desire to form a government for ourselves that reflected our ideals and enough people thought enough of that ideal to die for it. Many people gave everything, with no promise of victory actually the prospect of defeat seemed almost certain. But they fought, they fought because this new nation was enough in their hearts to die for, and thus they did to create a nation we love today.

I love how for some reason OIL is the reason our country is over seas...I mean it couldn't have had anything to do with a horrible tyrant who abused his power at the expense of his own people, far be it from us to actually HELP another country remove such tyranny from leadership and stay to help them stabilize their present government so they can stand on their own two feet. This song is about how people get lost in war, the unknown soldiers that die, their names forgotten. It doesn't matter which side they're on. They were pawns in a much bigger plan that died fighting for what they believed in. I salute all soldiers no matter what side they're on, for there bravery is far beyond that of what many can only imagine.

There is ONE true God and One true Son, and they are one and the same, Christ stated his divinity multiple times in the Bible "I am the way the truth and the light, no-one comes to the father but through me" I think That's pretty clear while the Koran says that anyone who is not muslim or who will not convert shall be killed...you don't see that as one of God's commandments in the Bible.

OK, So now that we've heard the arguements from both sides, you can see that we ALL hate religeous warfare, In all truth, Islam and Christianity are somewhat similar. Muslims, however, have lots of devotion: Pilgrimage to Mekkah, pray 3 times a day... That devotion is admirable. Christians and Muslims both believe that it's wrong to force someone to convert. Who you choose to follow is your own decision.

People, I don't mean to offend anyone, but seeing all of you argue over the Muslim and Christian thing is breaking my heart. Nobody can blame an entire religeon for the radicals in their society. If you heard about that priest burning the Muslim bible, then you'd know that anyone who supported that is no better that the radical Muslims. There was once a time when we respected each other, but now we have been at war. And now, thanks to this speech, I am now crying.
