hey bro.. in my opinian, there are two reasons the defenders not reacting to ur fake move..

1) the defender is slow, and u can take advantage of him.. (use ur speed to cut through his defend or simply just shoot, he wont block ur shot)

2)u need to workout on ur fake shots.. like... more movement of the ball and ur body during the fake shots.. if u have Playstations and u play NBA live, u learn from the game)
