When Kain mentions Vorador's Castle he means his Mansion deep within the forest of Nosgoth. In the fifth title of the series "Defiance", Raziel ventures through the Mansion and finds more clues about his inevitable fate. He finds the perfectly intact body of Janos Audron without a heart. In Soul Reaver 2, Raziel's Human form from his past duty as a Sarafan Inquisitor ripped Audron's heart and that heart specifically was used to revive Kain during Blood Omen 1. He them became a Vampire.
