On the real guitar I strum on the same note twice (open note). I think in the real guitar it's played as the same note, even if it sounds slightly higher. Otherwise it would be one giant mess of HOPOs

There are no hold notes before the solo becasue;

1. Your BPM is set to half the real value.

2. Your chart starts with a really low BPM, if you have a really high bpm at the start (Before the first notes), you will have no hold note cutoff at all.

If you wish to have exactly as it is in GH3, you need to have the exact same BPM before the first notes, as after the first notes.

i agree with Hastyl3 on this one, they're not the same note, only a difference of 1 semitone, and the sound quality of this song is as if it was recorded through some thick headphone mufflers or something... thats why it sounds almost the same... you can hear, and see it live...

Changing it to an ascending part the whole way would make it feel like playing a solo and would also bring the overall quality of the chart down (HOPO an entire riff). I feel that it is perfectly legitimate to keep the note the same in this situation, even if I break this 'completely accurate chart' rule.
