@SethAndrew52 Well, I got a few Valor incense, valor Resin, and something that lets you start with 100% EX Gauge, they are suppose to break in 1 battle, but against Chaos, they will last all 3 matches. They will allow you to have like 4000 + Brv and an instantanious EX block, maybe that'll help.
@SethAndrew52 Learn how to use Bartz, equipment= the best you have. Accesories=Valor Incense and anything that boost exmode duration or exforce core/froce(white dust) boost and anything that gives you an exforce distance boost. Use goblin punch R+[ ] (thats where the valor incense comes handy) and never EXburn, if he damages you atleast you are Exmode(hopefully) and recover HP slowly

Demonsdance- A flurry of attacks. 5 teleports in total. After he teleported 2 u, dodge. Doging late or early will hit u. This move is especially dangerous when Chaos' bravery is locked.
Utter Chaos- Actually, this move is not that powerful. Seeing the cutscene. Chaos will hit the sword towards u. Then moves to the otherside stabbing the arena creating a V wave then a wave forward. Then move around again. then stab u, creating xplosions. The last one is simple, move away from d cirlcles.
Scarlet Rain- Chaos teleports in the middle of the arena. Then makes xplosions while charging up a fireball. After the xplosions are done going around Chaos, fireballs will go to u. After the fireballs, Chaos will throw the big fireball. Do everything u can to be aerial. Then after the xplosion, shield each fireballs, then dodge the big one.
Condemn- Pull u towards Chaos then Chaos xplodes. W8 4 him 2 pull u in the area, then dodge.
Divine Punishment- Creates multiple orbs around u, then xplodes after a second. Then after the xplosions, 3 swords will stab u, then Chaos will throw a sword towards the swords, xploding on contact 2 the ground. If he summoned the orbs, don't make any move except jumping upward only, when the last orb exploded dodge the swords.
Soul of Oblivion- Chaos charge up power then release a flamethrower after several seconds. Just attack him before he release or ur toast!
Firaga- He'll shoot 4-5 fireballs. Not sure. On LVL 3, I think the fireballs will guard break u. Dogde not shield on LVL3. Be careful 2, It explode on contact on anything unless guarded.
Rising Strike- Teleport 2 the ground then rise, he'll do it 3 times. Dodge when he is rising from the ground, don't shield.
Falling Strike- From the air, he'll dash quickly to the ground. On impact to the ground, it will create a xploding effect. Shielding either the falling motion or the xplosion will stagger u
Fire Claw- A simple claw and tail whip attack. On LVL3, it launch fire waves diagonally on the front of chaos. Shield the physical attack, not the wave.
Fire Whirl- Chaos spins around generating fire circles around. On LVL3, He can teleport beside u before attacking. Shield it again, but he will not stagger 2 ur shield, so the hits goes on.
Fire Wave- He'll do a backflip, generating a fire wave. ON LVL3 he'll do 3 waves. Shield a wave but u'll stagger.
Chaos's moves are only devastating because of the wide ranges and the small arena. I disagree about the Scarlet Rain. U can dodge it by quickly going to the air before the explosion on the ground hits u. Then rapidly shield the small fire balls. After that, dodge the large one. About Divine Punishment. I agree on the stand still one. U can jump 2 if u want so u can maneuver quickly after u dodge. U can see that the xplosion suddenly stops, that signals the rushing swords are coming 2 stab u.

I'm unsure if any of you reading of this know how to dodge the divine punishment move (as he seemed clueless in this video. He likely knows by now, but this is for anyone reading this too)
First he uses it, fire comes all around, right, good. Don't move a muscle. You're safe if you don't move. As soon as the fire dissapears you're going to see some weird lightballs. They're going to turn into swords and hit you into the air in the blink of an eyes. once you see only balls, dodge away. It works.

@wwesonyfan oh, not sure if you already got my other one, but I feel like telling you I figured out a way to dodge that fireball attack, if conditions are met. All you need is your ex gauge filled, but don't use it. get hit by the fireballs that follow, and when he throws the big one at you, change into ex mode. When you do, you're temporarily invincible, which blocks even HP attacks.
@wwesonyfan Trust me when I say this, it may be a bit time consuming, but try fighting him with Zidane. If you chain his basic midair bravery attack, the one with the chase effect, and Meo Twister, you're set. Just dodge Divine Punishment, and what other moves you can. When he yells "take this!" and spins alot, tap R, you'll guard it all, then attack. Same with Soul of Oblivion. Just guard when you can, dodge when you need to, and strike when he misses.

@wwesonyfan Ah, I don't use sephiroth. I myself prefer the fast people with weak attacks, or medium speed with medium attacks. I use Zidane, Onion Knight, Cecil, and I'm starting up Tidus, so I have no idea there. I never beat all the story modes, No. My friend owns the game, and I just beat Inward Chaos for him. He didn't have it complete when I borrowed his PSP and game, so I took the liberty of beating it for him. Not too hard. Tough time with Golbez though.

you got lucky the first 2 fights (although still kicked ass) he didn't use Shinryu (spelling?) at all the first fight, and used it to late the second fight. On his third fight he wasted its first use by HP attacking right before it popped. Btut I'd like to know how you learned to dodge his attacks so reliably? I can't doge a thing with shantotto, great job! Prolly could have won if you had managed to pop off that HP attack at the end and go Ex-Burst.
@iyotube77000 If your saying this because you played the USA/EU version then you won't understand the AI change Inward Chaos Implemented on him, He blocks alot,Dodges Alot, doesn't do much stuffs to delay himself AND he has a +10 lvl Bravery Advantage which can break you in just 1 combo or 2 , try playing the JP version without all the balance the US/EU version had.

@iyotube77000 I played the Jap more and just transfered the data to Universal tuning, but i did tried the US/EU one in inward chaos and was greatly dissappointed...the Chaos didn't even block or dodge at all...his just garbage compared to the hell JP one gave me blocking and dodging every single second until like 2minutes into the round i finished I.C with all the oddesey heroes in the JPN version but only did it with zidane for the US/EU before i deleted the game

I did it! I beat Chaos at last! I did with the warrior of Light, at level 54. I weakened him with spells, then I just did normal HP attacks. Second round, EX Burst, and then pounded him with HP attacks. The last round, I just waited patently as I pounded him. I just had to announce my success. This guy is doing really well; better than I could do since your fighting a harder Chaos. I think my fight lasted only a few minutes; not counting the retries I had to keep doing. Good job.

@1bigpappy Inwards Chaos is the name of the last "story mode" that you unlock by beating all the others, including the two hidden characters'. The final boss off it is Chaos, except he's at a higher level than it's possible for your characters to reach.
@benblue3 actually he kinda does have one.... but it can only be used during the 3rd part... you kno UTTER CHAOS when he turns really huge. That's the closest to an EX mode he'll ever have

I'm unsure if any of you reading of this know how to dodge the divine punishment move (as he seemed clueless in this video. He likely knows by now, but this is for anyone reading this too)
First he uses it, fire comes all around, right, good. Don't move a muscle. You're safe if you don't move. As soon as the fire dissapears you're going to see some weird lightballs. They're going to turn into swords and hit you into the air in the blink of an eyes. once you see only balls, dodge away. It works.

@wwesonyfan You owe me nothing. xD Its an annoying attack, thats for sure. Now if only I could figure out how to dodge that move where he throws a bunch of fireballs at you, then throws a big one, that all lock on.

@wwesonyfan oh, not sure if you already got my other one, but I feel like telling you I figured out a way to dodge that fireball attack, if conditions are met. All you need is your ex gauge filled, but don't use it. get hit by the fireballs that follow, and when he throws the big one at you, change into ex mode. When you do, you're temporarily invincible, which blocks even HP attacks.

@wwesonyfan Trust me when I say this, it may be a bit time consuming, but try fighting him with Zidane. If you chain his basic midair bravery attack, the one with the chase effect, and Meo Twister, you're set. Just dodge Divine Punishment, and what other moves you can. When he yells "take this!" and spins alot, tap R, you'll guard it all, then attack. Same with Soul of Oblivion. Just guard when you can, dodge when you need to, and strike when he misses.

@wwesonyfan Ah, I don't use sephiroth. I myself prefer the fast people with weak attacks, or medium speed with medium attacks. I use Zidane, Onion Knight, Cecil, and I'm starting up Tidus, so I have no idea there. I never beat all the story modes, No. My friend owns the game, and I just beat Inward Chaos for him. He didn't have it complete when I borrowed his PSP and game, so I took the liberty of beating it for him. Not too hard. Tough time with Golbez though.

If Chuck Norris was in this game, he could have roundhouse kick Chaos to destroy the 3 modes at once.. The backtrack would be that there wouldn't be any Chaos after that...
So in the end if you want to have fun with Chaos don't choose Chuck or else you won't be able even to remember what Chaos actually is..

you got lucky the first 2 fights (although still kicked ass) he didn't use Shinryu (spelling?) at all the first fight, and used it to late the second fight. On his third fight he wasted its first use by HP attacking right before it popped. Btut I'd like to know how you learned to dodge his attacks so reliably? I can't doge a thing with shantotto, great job! Prolly could have won if you had managed to pop off that HP attack at the end and go Ex-Burst.

Chaos is extremely annoying in Inward Chaos. He can easily destroy you if you don't time your dodges correctly.

@iyotube77000 If your saying this because you played the USA/EU version then you won't understand the AI change Inward Chaos Implemented on him, He blocks alot,Dodges Alot, doesn't do much stuffs to delay himself AND he has a +10 lvl Bravery Advantage which can break you in just 1 combo or 2 , try playing the JP version without all the balance the US/EU version had.

LVL 110 Chaos against my LVL 100 Cloud/Squall/Tidus/Zidane/WoL/Onion both in the US and JPN version, equipments? well i dont want to spoil it, you know it already anyway....

@iyotube77000 I played the Jap more and just transfered the data to Universal tuning, but i did tried the US/EU one in inward chaos and was greatly dissappointed...the Chaos didn't even block or dodge at all...his just garbage compared to the hell JP one gave me blocking and dodging every single second until like 2minutes into the round i finished I.C with all the oddesey heroes in the JPN version but only did it with zidane for the US/EU before i deleted the game

I did it! I beat Chaos at last! I did with the warrior of Light, at level 54. I weakened him with spells, then I just did normal HP attacks. Second round, EX Burst, and then pounded him with HP attacks. The last round, I just waited patently as I pounded him. I just had to announce my success. This guy is doing really well; better than I could do since your fighting a harder Chaos. I think my fight lasted only a few minutes; not counting the retries I had to keep doing. Good job.

@1bigpappy Inwards Chaos is the name of the last "story mode" that you unlock by beating all the others, including the two hidden characters'. The final boss off it is Chaos, except he's at a higher level than it's possible for your characters to reach.
