Beautiful Dobes...we've got a red and rust male...always wanted a boxer as well but have our hands full with dogs at the moment. Great vid capturing the playful side that most people don't believe these breeds have.

Thank you for your comments and the reason we did not crop our Boxer is because he has Von Wildebrants Disease (can not clot blood) so would be super dangerous for him. But I do love the look too

Congrats on being a loving, caring and responsible Doberman owner and cropping and docking. Question: Why wasn't Watson cropped? We have owned both breeds; and both were cropped and docked. Great video; Love the look at "psyche" LOL

That reminds me of another doberman I know. I swear he doesn't know how to bark only growl but he's actually really really friendly. My bf also has a boxer and she is so intense when playing ball. I love the video....your dogs are both beautiful!

I found some shampoo a few years back at pet smart that had pearlecent (spelling) beads in it. It made my lab great dane mix's black deep and shiny, but not a bit greasy. It was light purple and looks a bit glittery (not on dog), and the bottle actually showed like a black curly haired small dog. Smelled like lavender. No flea protection, but was awesome stuff.

@TheRunescapePlayerz Do not shampoo your dog!! To keep the hair shiny on condition the hair about every 2 months by shampooing too much it dries out the skin and causes the dandruff. Use a oatmeal based conditioner and leave on for a few minutes and then rinse off. (worked at a vet hospital for 10 years)

her coat is gorgeous!!! how old is she?? i tried to pry open bentley's mouth last night to get a toy from him & i realized he'll let me pry his mouth open when it's somethin he knows he's not supposed to have but if it's his & he has no intention of givin it to me, those jaws are LOCKED...i realized, dobies are smarter than i thought lol

@VR4RubenVR4 I have 3 dobermans and a boxer I can take anything out of their mouth also but she is PLAYING .. settle down and realize that everyone plays differently with their dogs. My dogs are like babies and know the difference of play/training time. I have been a dog trainer for 14 years and worked in a vet hospital for 10 years.

@IrishRaver03 I do not TAKE toys from them either I ask for the toys and for them to leave it or drop it or off anyone can take a toy away from a dog but a well behaved dog will leave it!!! and to let you know she is not stubborn she is 5 month old puppy who doesn't want the other dog to have it!!!
