  • tryed somthing just like that but instead of the shad i had a giant worm and somthing huge riped the worm and hook clean off just saying that the 50lb test is a good idea

  • this isn't illegal anywhere is it? just curious now that i think about it...

  • @madakopee Of course it is :)

  • sweet rig man! thanks for sharing!

  • What knot do you tie, to attach the two baits?

  • @shimanofishing111 palomar knot

  • looks pretty G i will def try it

  • Reminds me of a teaser rig I used to cast for bluefish up north in MA. I'm looking forward to trying this for largemouth.

  • @MrJuddfuller Yea this is just a idea than can grow. Just be creative

  • that is a really cool setup man. i think im going to try that today when i go out to the lake

  • @Moyniac Watch out it Slays um

  • good tip im a have to try this one out.

  • Interesting man. I will have to try this.

  • i tried this and man do i regret not having my camera caught 4 bass in the range of 2 to 6 pounds plus a 20 inch pike all in about 30 mins and all released

  • @hardkilla Wow good job... :)

  • @TeamRippnLipz1 Are you fishing for largemouth or spotted/smallmouth with this rig? I live in an area where most of the surrounding lakes are highland rocky reservoirs with little grass/vegetation and we have mostly spotted bass and I was wondering if this works fishing in those kind of lakes. Looks interesting though!

  • @cameltoejoe69 Works for everything.. Thats just a taste of the stuff i use or try.. Be creative ;)

  • Im going to try this and have my friends like wtf bro!!!!

  • I decided to try this setup out today since the bite was slow and I caught a 5lb 12oz bass on the first cast! I had it slightly modified but it produces! Thanks TeamRippnLipz!

  • @levicoua Thats cool. love to hear it! yea my setup is just a guide line for everyone to go from there just be creative with it

  • what do you have a cold? lol

  • @GOOCH2655 Actually i did!

  • Hey so when you tie the two together with the braid were do u tie the line to cast it...like do u tie two knots on the fluke or what

  • @reptileboy71 tie your line normal to the jig and add a braid leader to the rear hook of the jig then tie your hook for the fluke and your done!

  • Nice I'm trying it tomorrow

  • @Rolltidebass so how did it turn out

  • awesome idea. thanks, i can't wait to try it out!!!!

  • i am going to try this. i do something similar for walleye using a lindy rig and hard bait.

  • When you swim a jig do you use braided line directly tied to the jig. Or do use flouro? I know you have braid tied to the fluke.

  • @travis1874 I do both

  • @TheForsakenone666 Yea its hard to learn to throw for most people but i Slay the bass on this in the summer

  • @TeamRippnLipz1 hey im going to get a super fluke later on today but i have a question, i normally use real minnows as bait but as for flukes when you get it in the water do you let it sit or do you have to move your pole from side to side?

  • @SuperEazy12 You can swim it or twitch it.. Its very universal

  • Are you tying the fluke direct to the hook bend or hook eye? I tested it both ways and it appears to work better at the hook bend with a small swivel and keeper setup. I did notice at times the braid would interfere with the trailer action. Awesome concept and it did catch nice bass both ways. Thanks for the tip

  • @tampacountryboy Tied to the hook bend, Trailer needs to be curved down and away like in the video

  • ya forgawwt to say GO RED SAWWWXXXX.....

  • @akrivosdiavolos73 LOL thanx

  • im def gonna try that, thanks for the idea

  • how do you tie the line around the jig?

  • @Youngman104 On the hook with a palomar knot, Always palomar!

  • Jigs are my favorite presentation, and there are tons of things you can do to make your situation unique.

Good stuff Rippn, keep the vids coming bro.

  • @BassinNW Yea this is my fav jig setup. Just got to learn to use it. Or set it up correct. It gets tangled alot if your not used to it

  • Very Good!

  • i have some yum soft plastic jerk baits would those work the same way?

  • @itswoods Yes anything that is weightless compared to the jig

  • Nice

  • @FreshwaterAngling Thanks

  • thats so sick. i wanna try. that. but that kinda looks like a finesse jig?

  • @flurbsmcgurgs Oh i use swimming jigs this was kinda just to show. Its a 1/4oz swimming jig a older 1
