At the time I believe Kanye was the only Black celeb that spoke out with truth and conviction. What other Black Celebs spoke at that time and called President Bush out in the way Kanye did? Kanye was not a Johnny come lately - he spoke in the heat of the moment and spoke with courage. Just like the Dixie Chicks - he was not ready to make nice! Courageous celebs rock! Peace.
