Yes, you rent a slide hammer (see my other vids) and it will come off with a few whacks (sometimes more). You can also use a socket the diameter of the hub (slightly smaller) and bang it out from the back side. If you do it that way, you will have to remove your rear shock so you can swing a hammer (3lb sledge works great), In fact, that is how I got the second bearing out.

BMW's use lug bolts, not lug nuts. Put the tire on and thread them in to the hub you see in the video. Perfectly normal.
