  • I really wouldnt press your under eye area like that, its very delicate tissue and you could end up damaging it and creating indentations there. It would be better to try vividly imagining pressure or massage there.

  • @thisisnotmygherkin : Well, factual positive experience can be read through the hundreds of comments below !... Imagining is definitely not enough. The secret is in dosage, no need to press hard or stretch the skin.

  • And after I do this, my nose starts clearing up is it weird or all normal? Thanks for your early responses :)

  • I can not find all the points. Is it possible to have less points or flat points which cannot be felt? If that is the case can I just randomly press on the area where it is suppose to be there.( eg: if it is at the bottom corner n I am unable to find the point, can I just press it there)

  • @supreetmann : It is possible that your indentations are flat, it happens. In that case on the area.

  • Dont touch top nerve, thats your super orbital nerve, its damn dangerous

  • @Dalek1230 : Please specify where that nerve is so that everyone can benefit ! For the record, all points used in that exercise are acupuncture points, they have been used for hundreds of years, and are safe :)

  • @annecosse Right at the the top, in the army they press that hard to sober someone up, don't just press hard on it unless you have training

  • Do I have to press the points very softly or a little hard? And I would also like to know that will this even help me to get rid of dark circle if I don't have proper 8hr sleep ? Your reply will be very helpful :)

  • @supreetmann : Press a little hard. Unless the point is sore, in which case adjust the pressure (no need to feel pain!). As for the dark circles, NOTHING compares to sleep :) If the cause of your dark circles is sleep deprivation, sleep. If your dark circles are there all the time, acupressure will get rid of them on the "long" run (practice the exercise twice a day until they don't show anymore, and then once a day and then a few times a week). Hope it helps!

  • I love this video and I do see a difference, but I have to agree with the other posts about you not doing all of the pressure points you mentioned around the eye sockets in the video. I just guessed and did the remaining points. It was the middle one above the eye and the inside corner on the bottom. Are we supposed to do those or leave those out? Thanks you for posting. I also am doing overall face exercises. DO you happen to have any acunpucture pressure spots for sagging jowels?

  • @TheJanicetunes : Do all the points! May I also suggest that you download the free booklet? Go to the URL displayed in the Info below the video.

  • I love your accent!

  • Also, I have a little problem finding the indentations. =/ No one else seems to have any trouble doing it. =P I think (but I keep losing it) I can feel the one right under your pupil and the one in the upper corners but I have trouble finding the rest. =P Also, I think only the indentation in the upper inner corner hurts. I have allergic asthma and a couple of other allergies. Is there anything I can do alongside this to improve my dark circles? Also, will this thicken the skin under the eyes?

  • @azkhno01 : No one else in these posts, but each time I conduct a workshop there is at least one participant who has some difficulty finding the points, so you are not alone :) Some of us have very hollow indentations, almost flats, and we are not perfectly symetrical so your indentations might be slightly displaced from the exact lines I describe in the video..

  • @azkhno01 : Regarding your other questions: 1) If the indentation in the upper inner corner hurts, work on it and do the complete exercise only after it doesn't hurt anymore, and drink a lot of water for a few days (Bladder meridian is affected). 2) The exercise will not thicken the skin under your eyes.

  • @annecosse

=) I think I love you! =D Do you mean I should only do the upper corner massage until it stops hurting? I have had a BAD urinary infection (probably a side effect of taking strong antibiotics for follicular tonsillitus) and drug induced diarrhea. I don't think the infection is completely gone but I can't go back on antibiotics so am taking cranberry juice. This is probably why I look so horrible right now! =P

  • @azkhno01 : Thx for the love! Yes that is what I mean: work on the upper inner corner points only for a few days/a week. Given your medical condition, I would recommend that you have an acupuncture session to treat your full Bladder Meridian.

  • @annecosse

And also I have been under loads of stress. So yeah.

  • Hey! I saw this is in the morn and just pressed the pressure points briefly to feel where they were as the vid went along. I went to sleep then (since I'd had a long night) and when I woke up I had to blow my nose where lately I've just had an itchy nose when I got up. So I decided to do the whole thing just now and, yes, I am having to blow my nose even more. It's like I just took an anti-allergy! Does this have something to do with the massage or is this a coincidence? =P

  • @azkhno01 : Nose and eyes are interconnected,it is not a coincidence. It is a very good sign: the exercise helps draining your nose too. Just go on until there is nothing to drain anymore!

  • i just tried this and my vision is a little blurry lol but i do notice a difference just with the first time. thanks a mil!!!! ill do this for a week and do my best to report back on how its working :)

  • No matter how much sleep i get why do i always have eyebags? im 16 yr old will this make it go away?

  • @cuzzywuzzyful : Try!

  • how long would you need to use this until you get an adequate result where you'll no longer need to use it? considering I will be taking other steps like sleeping more....so on and so on. thanks

  • @landerssd : It's all explained at the end of the video :)

  • Brilliant video! btw my mother tried this very popular diet called: Impact 790 Diet and dropped 6 kgs within just a month. I can't remember the website just Google it.

  • Comment removed

  • Anne, you are a godsend for sharing this. I'm going to do this for 2 weeks and report back (this, I promise, lol)

  • Wow, the first time I did this it worked almost right away! I noticed a visible difference.. But I have one question. Since you can only do this two times a day, how long should you wait between each time?

  • @HahaLeslie : once in the morning and once in the evening.

  • @annecosse What if you have extremely intense under eye circles(mine practically go down to my cheeks) and I'm also genetically prone... Will this work? I don't want to do this if it doesn't work/:

  • @XxXThatOneEmoKidXxXx : That wouldn't be enough to erase everything, but that would certainly help. There's no harm in trying: give it a shot for a week (and I'm interested in your post experiment feedback)

  • thanks ma'am i'll give it a try

  • Hiya. Thank you for this. I just need you to clarify if you do ALL of the pressure points like in the corner on the bottom eyelid, or just the ACTUAL points you demonstrated?

    Thank you!

  • @misswhiplashish : Hi! I'm not sure I understand your question... The actual points I demonstrate are all the points you need to work :)

  • @misswhiplashish You deonstrated where all the pressure points are but you didn't work on all of them in the video. I think there are about eight pressure points but you only worked on four :) thanks!

  • @misswhiplashish : Sorry for the delay to reply I didn't see your post! There are 6 points. You work on some of them separately, and end up working on all of them with the last step (circular "massage" all around the orbit).

  • @annecosse Ahhhh. That's ok! I just didn't understand why you didn't to the bottom inner eye and middle upper. Thank you for that :)

  • Thankyou for posting this!! :) I have glasses but i really want contacts. My glasses always hid my dark circles. I'm going to try this!

  • @kindarandommuch : What a pity to hide your eyes just to hide dark circles ! Concealer is good too, try it.

  • I did this... I cant actually believe that this gave me some decent results even from the moment I did this. My eye area looked... fresher, more relaxed and less tired. Im getting older, Im ageing, Im getting wrinkles about the eyes and bags at times. Kinda makes me unhappy to see it. Thanks for putting this out there for free.

  • @TNZeitlin : Thank you for sharing :)

  • so once you have done them twice a day for a week and the once a day for two weeks. can you do it twice a week for months?

  • @The52warriors : Yes, that is the concept. But it is an average. Adjust to your face's needs.

  • does this work if your undereye circles are hereditery?

  • @laurenlady101: It all depends on the root of the problem, not if it is hereditary or not. Just try?

  • @annecosse ok thankyou :)

  • Can you do this more than twice a day? Or will that be bad

  • @CalicoWinged : Do NOT practice more than twice a day, that could be too much for your system to handle. Don't forget that acupressure has a global therapeutic effect, so the same way you don't want to overdose on medication, you don't want to receive too much acupressure in the day/week.

  • I started doing this exercise just recently, and I just have a question. Do you release after every time that you apply light pressure, or is it just after the first time?

  • @Danachii : Release is part of the pressure process, so I'm not sure I understand your question! For each point, you position your finger, you press, you release. Each point, every pressure.

  • My esthetician told me to do something very similar massage to this one - She told me to press the bones around the eye area and massage the temple. This video is more specific on how long and where to press. Thank you.

  • wow. my eyes feel refreshed. i only massaged the upper inner indentation and a little on my eyelids. i came across this as i was searching for ways to make my under eye wrinkles go away. im a kid, what the hell. I'm 15. but i've been going to sleep with concealer on and that really wrinkled my eyes. urgh.

  • do you know what to do with VERY light sensitive eyes?

  • @TwittlePaws : In that case, do not apply pressure on the points. Position the pulp of your fingertip on the point and hold.

  • @annecosse

    ok thank you!

  • I had to take my thumbs off cus it creeped me out feeling my puls xD

  • what should i do to remove big under and upper eye bags and dark circles. Im 16! How many times should I do this?

  • @MrIrvin : Hi, it's all explained in the video.

  • Would this work if your a teenager? If so, how many times should you do this exercise?

  • @SunsettBeach14 : Yes of course it works on teenagers, but what is your issue at such a young age? The number of times depends on the severity of your actual situation: big bags/dark circles = start with twice a day. It's all explained at the end of the video.

  • @annecosse Well I just have dark circles and i don't think it's hereditary. I think I might try this out a few times a month (give or take) considering the severity of my situation is probably not that bad in reality and I am so young :)

  • @SunsettBeach14 : I see. Don't do that exercise just once in a while, it would be useless. Practice it twice a day for a few days to 1 week. Then you can repeat the cycle anytime, but do it seriously each time :)

  • @annecosse Yeah after I sent you that message I changed my mind haha. I am going to pratice it the recommended amount of times and then repeat the cycle anytime :) I am so glad I found your video and if I remember I will report back in about a month and let you know my results. Thanks for replying back to my messages, it's so amazing that you still comment back even after a year! :D Thanks for your advice.

  • All these positive comments make me really want to try it :) and my bags just make me want to try everything :D I will let you know if they go away :)

  • Hi Anne, I've been using your method for about 1 week and I've seen noticeable improvement. I also find it very relaxing. One thing that I do while using your method is to use a heavy amount of face cream so i don't feel like I'm tearing any tender tissue. I'm so happy I found this video....thank you.

  • @tobeamiss1 : That is a GREAT idea! Thx for your message, I appreciate :)

  • @annecosse .....your welcome :)

  • skeptical, but will try it :)

  • @Natashalovespushka : It can happen on the first day. If loner, cut down on the time you exercise.

  • Thank you Anne! I will do that.

I have another question, the skin around my eyes look a bit sore, puffy and tired (I started the exercises this morning). Is there a possibility that the eyes look worse before they start to look better?

  • Hi Anne, great video! I have a question: When I press the indentations in the bones underneath my eyes, even though I am not pressing the actual area where the skin is delicate, I feel as though the delicate skin in this area is still being damaged because I have to apply pressure on the skin in order to push down on the under eye accupressure points. I am therefore concerned that this is going to result in wrinkles. Just wondering if you had any advice about this please? Thanks very much :)

  • @Natashalovespushka : Hi! The trick is to keep your finger as still as possible, and to position it first delicately, then press. Also, make sure your finger nail is short enough so as to not damage the skin.

  • it works! yay

  • I have a question

my eyes gets itchy sometimes, and I scratch/ rib on it

yes, it bad habit, but it's impluse, sometimes I dun notice that I'm rubbing/scratchin on it

now it made these wrinkles and dryness under my eyes that make me look kinda tired, how would you fix this

  • @mokunakoi : It seems you have an allergy problem. Go and see an eye doctor!

  • Since about May this year, I woke up one day with pronounced puffy eyes and darkness under my eyes. And it does not go away. I'm really self conscious about it. I look sleep deprived, or sick, or like I've been crying. It sucks so much. I'm only 22 years old and have tried pretty much every home remedy. I will try this! I hate this puffy dark bags under my eyes.

  • @contreras123 : Have you tested for allergy? If puffy eyes appeared over night, it looks like an allergy to something new (mascara, facial cosmetic, pillow, laundry powder... etc).

  • @annecosse Yes, I have spent a lot on doctors and allergists, and it seems like it is allergy related. But my problem is that my body has not responded to any of the medicine. I'm the same. It's really strange.

  • @annecosse yeah I did it just now. The first pressure point i felt slightly painful. But my vision was abit blurry whilst pressing the rest of the pressure points. I hope it works on my hereditary greenish dark circles. *fingers crossed*

  • Does is work if my dark circles are hereditary?

  • @thisaccissecret : Try !

  • So do i do this once a day or twice a day?

  • @AnbuPrincess : Start by twice per day until you like the result, then decrease to once per day and then decrease to a few times per week. That is if you are in your forties and more. If you are younger, you can start with once per day only.

  • my dark circles are reeally dark, how long should i continue doing the first part to see results? (twice a day)

  • Does it work on upper eye bags too?

  • @18yang : yes, as long as the bag is not actually the lid, or fat.

  • Its worked thanks it helps a lot

  • Aye this worked for me son...I usually don't watch this kind of shit but it really works...I'm just sayin

  • @annecosse thanks i will take that advice on board

  • @annecosse ok i will do from now thanks for the advice :)

  • @FluffyyAS11 : And BTW, my experience as an acupressure therapist prompts me to strongly recommend you get a couple of shiatsu full-body sessions! It seems your energy flow is down and/or disrupted.

  • @annecosse i have got a cold at the moment is it because of that? I tried this massage yesterday and had a very bad headache afterwards and my eyes were hurting

  • @FluffyyAS11 : Headaches are a sure sign of dehydration. Acupressure, as well as massage, induces your vital energy to work again and boosts the self-curative abilities of your body. That process flushes toxins, and you have to drink a lot of water after any acupressure/shiatsu/massage session. Your headache was triggered because your toxins can't be flushed away properly: drink water.

Your cold has nothing to do with working on your eyes!

  • This is starting to hurt my eyes, it says my eyes will go blury but why are they hurting?

  • @FluffyyAS11 : What do you mean by "hurting my eyes" ? If the points you apply pressure on are sore, it means they are blocked. Apply very light pressure, do not massage, and work on them 10 seconds only. As for your eyes going blurry, it's not always the case. What I say in the video is: IF your eyes go blurry, don't worry.

  • Thanks hopefully this helps

  • i will try it and report back in 2 weeks

  • The pressure wouldn't break more capillaries? I really want to try this, but I'm so scared!

  • @naomiechevy954 : Capillaries are way stronger than that! Anyways, the pressure is applied on the acupuncture points, there's no capillaries there. And finally, the pressure is mild. Go and try!

  • I would like to try your product if you have any free samples

  • I am gonna start today like right now, thanks for making this veido

  • i was like ... why are my eyes soo blurry?? and then i listened till the end.. and i'm like ooh it's a good thing

  • im 26 Yea old male and have noticed my bag situation getting worse .I have tried other remendy's and so far nothing Hopefully this one helps a little, Thanks for the Upload Will check back in a month :)

  • Anne, thank you for including an English language version of this video. I am excited to try these exercises as this is a big problem area for me.

  • UR PRERTYYYY AWESOMEEEEEEE

PLZZZZ UPLOAD SOME MORE VIDOES FOREVEN SKIN TONE...

    N more..:))

    it REALLYYYY WORKEDD...!!!!

    Jus like in 2day

    Thnx soo muchhhh

    Plzz upload more n more..:)

  • Thank you for this video!

  • OK - I was VERY skeptical of this video. But I've gotta tell you - it works. My eyes have gotten noticeably younger looking in just three days of doing this. The dark circles under my eyes have been lessened significantly, and my eyes are looking much less tired. I don't know how it works, but I'm a believer. Thank you Anne for generously posting this video.

  • @sonicwonder2000 : Thanks a lot for your comment, and I appreciate you sharing! Thanks for favoriting the video too :)

  • @sonicwonder2000 I love this too! I have been doing this for a number of months now and I can definitely see / feel the difference I just never got around to commenting. I love the way my eyes look the morning after doing this!

  • Thank you. My eye bags and dark circles improved after 3 weeks.

  • i don't have puffy eyes, its more like.. hallowed ? im 17 and have dark circles and sort-of deep lines .. will this work to get rid of the lines (tighten up the skin somehow?) dont know what to do :( i look SO MUCH OLDER because of this. it's embarrassing.

  • @RawqinGal7 : Hi, how about you try for 2 weeks, and then you share the results with us?

  • Comment removed

  • How many times a week do you advice?

  • @giramew : it's all explained at the end of the video.

  • did not work for me :'(

  • @Glamworld1 : What did you do? How long did you practice?

  • @annecosse i did it every morning and night for few days and it didnt work at all :(

  • @Glamworld1 : Only fat cannot be removed by acupressure. If your issue is dark circles, they most probably are due to very thin skin, or hereditary pigmentation. You might want to read all the comments on that topic.

  • My eyes don't get blurry at all...

Is this a sign that I'm not doing it right? Or that the fluids aren't flowing right? :(

  • @xosailormoongirlxo : No it's fine! My comment in the video is just that IF your eyes get blurry, don't panic, it's just that the points around the eyes are full.

  • Merci beaucoup j'espere que ca marche.

  • I'm 17, & I have the weirdest sleep pattern, I go to bed @ around 3-4am & wake up @ 11pm but that's 7hrs sleep so I get enough sleep. But recently started noticing lines under my eyes with little puffiness, make me look really tired or if I've just woke up & I don't like it. Why does this happen?? & how do u get rid of them?

  • @PLNxUK : Try the facial acupressure exercise in my video. It that doesn't work, try these: remove your eye make-up thoroughly before you go to bed; try organic eye make up and skin care products; drink more water before you go to sleep and/or at night; have your tear ducts checked by an eye doctor; if you smoke, do not smoke at least 2 hours before you go to bed; if you sleep with aircon have the filters checked and cleaned;

  • I'm 18 and for whatever reason have the most ANNOYING puffiness under my eyes. No amount of sleep or frozen spoons seem to help. Do you think this will work? I SURE hope so!

  • @meggg09ify : Try, you got nothing to lose!

  • @annecosse how long will the blur go on?

  • @tracyfisher90 : Could go on for 10 minutes, it depends on how much fluid has been drained.

  • are boys suppose to have these cause i got them bad.and does the spoon in the fridge really work cause ive tried it about 3 times and i havent notice any change.

  • @MrHockeyking33 : Boys and men have them too! I am not a big fan of the frozen spoon trick: it's traumatizing for the delicate skin around the eyes, and the effect can only be temporary anyways...

  • @MrHockeyking33 Nah we don't get them. What? What was that?....Why am I on this video? Pffft what are you on about?!

  • All y'all with hereditary problems: It isn't going away no matter what product you use, no matter how much sleep you get or water you drink, no matter how many cucumber slices, tea bags and cold spoons you place on your eyes...

    This acupressure helps though.

  • @annecosse no my parents dont have them.

  • Does is matter what order you go in on each indention?

  • @starrsvm : Yes it does, because the vital energy flows in each meridian in a specific direction, and it is unhealthy to go against that flow.

  • @annecosse Thanks for replying! Also, does it matter if I am standing, sitting or lying down while doing this exercise? Sorry about all the questions I just want to make sure that I am doing it the correct way.

  • @starrsvm : Don't be sorry, I truly enjoy reading all the comments, and answering all the questions! Well, yours is fun, it's the first time I hear it :) You can stand or sit, but not lie down. And don't forget to relax the shoulders, and to breathe.

  • is it normal for a sixteen year old to have eye bags?

  • @123SmithJamie : well it's not common! is it hereditary?

  • Im 13, and I already have wrinkles under my eyes. I've only done this once so far, and it has helped so much already!!! Thank you!

  • I have these darkest circles iv ever seen... Many o my family hav it too

Its increasing with age , no matter how mch i sleep its permenant!!

N the skin around my eyes is very thin n wrinkling . Im 24 yrs

Plz help... Even concealers dont hide it ;(

  • @Recharging87 aren't yu tired to get told ''omg do you sleep ? you look so tired !'' it happends to me so many times.. :( it's annoying

  • Hi

i have bag under my right eye only?do you know what could be the reason?also this didnt work for me i tried to apply on my right eye but i must be doing something wrong

  • @kharboka : If you have one bag only, it looks like there is a malfunction (tear duct? lymph?). Go and see a doctor. Also, the other reason why this exercise would not reduce an eye bag is that the bag is full of fat. Fat can only be removed with surgery.

  • @annecosse

thanks a lot for taking time to answering me

my eye bag is not that big it looks like a start its very tiny but it dosent look like my left eye one since i had my baby who is no 3 years!

do you think it could be becasue i always sleep on my right side and drink water at night?

and if u know in the UK my GP wont take this seriously

ce n'est pas comme en France :)

  • @kharboka : GPs are the same all over the world! Maybe you could try a naturopathy doctor.

  • I love the "before and after" photos which were obviously "before applying makeup," and "after applying makeup."

  • @instereovideos : May I suggest you try the exercise and you read the dozens of happy testimonials, before you jump on that conclusion? :-)

  • Thank you for this video, it's really helpful. I have a question though. I can feel the fluid draining but I'm wondering how to tell if it's working. I have really bad dark circles and sometimes they're red-ish and sometimes they are purple/black. Which color is a better sign that it's working?

  • @starfish999 : Fluid would be linked to puffiness, not to dark circles. Dark circles are about blood vessels and skin color and thinness. Feeling the fluid draining is a proof in itself that it is working. But what is working is reducing the eye zone congestion.

  • Hi Anne, I only have puffiness at the locations you are pressing in exercise 3 (along with dark circles). Does that mean that fluid is only pooling in that spot? I'm thinking maybe it's my sinuses. Thanks for the video... I will try this.

  • @lusitana70 : Puffiness is usually due to an excess of lymph, or an excess of fat. Fluid might be pooling in your indentations, if they are quite wide or deep. If you suspect your sinuses, follow your intuition: try to treat your sinuses.

  • i dont feel any fluid, and i cant really feel my indentations.. am i doing it right?

  • i cant really feel the indentations n the bone around my eyes and i dont feel any fluid or anything when i do this. Am i still ding it right?

  • @65soccerchick : It is common to not feel any fluid, don't worry. On the other hand, it is important that you find your indentations.

  • Hello Anne, I can feel and hear fluid moving after the final gentle rub of the eye lid. Does this mean I am removing excess fluid? It is in my left eye which happens to have a larger "pouch" than the other (significantly - to me anyway). Approximately how long will it take to see results? Can you do this procedure more often to get quicker results?

  • @talamasca2010 : 1) You are removing excess fluid indeed! If after 1 week practice you still remove that much fluid, go and see a doctor to check why you make so much fluid. 2) Results are visible after a few days to 2 weeks, depending on people. 3) Do NOT practice more than twice a day. That procedure is based on acupressure, which is a therapy modality, therefore handle with care, avoid overdose on your energy (Ki) system.

  • My MOTHERS the same AGE as you ANNE! I personally have no issue with my undereye bags, even though Im 29,and Im fascinated by my my mums ones,as they give as a certain "just made it,established" sort of air about us

  • @thekiddoshavinfun That's not good. I hope your eating enough vitamins and getting enough sleep!

  • everytime I do this, i feel dizzy like I am about to faint! What am I doing wrong?

  • @st2293 : your meridians are very unbalanced, so when you work on even a few points your energy system reacts a lot. For 1-2 weeks, just press lightly on 2-3 points only. Those 2-3 points can be different every day. The ideal would be that you indulge in a full acupressure or acupuncture session (you probably need more than one, actually) to get your system back on track.

  • thanks for the post. i've got this annoying left eyelid wrinkle that i'm desperate to get rid of naturally without going through surgery

  • Is it normal have doing the acupressure, for your eyes to be watery?

  • @CearaElise : Yes it is very common, since the pressure drains lymph and unblocks all conduits. (Explanation in the video).

  • by the way you look younger_wat iz your age may i know? you look 10 yeras younger

  • @deeprock8001 : Thanks! I shot that video 2 months before turning 46 y.o.
