I was excited about the 360, but when I played this in a Gamestop a couple weeks before the 360 launched... I was blown away.

@SwiftNoir90 The STG 44 was named the MP44 when it first game out. Hitler hated the weapon and said they only need rifles and sub-machine guns. Yet his generals knew what they had was too good to throw away. So they named it MP44 (machine pistol 44 in english) to hide it as a sub-machine so they can mass produce it. If it wasn't for the backstabbing secrecy we probably would not have AK-47's, M16's, G36's, or AUG's.

I am turned off by the insanely competitive community of the more recent releases. Seriously, I play to have fun not to get shot from behind by somebody trying to get a Chopper Gunner or something. I don't feel like spending 100+ hours trying to trickshot and getting annoying comments through my headset. I'm sticking to The Sly Trilgoy and Timesplitters, thank you.

To be honest, Xbox version sucks. :( PC version is better! You can allow dead bodies not to disappear (Really fun to see the murder you have committed in one of the levels when you have to defend the bunker hill.). Plus 64 player servers are awesome, because it is epic trying to dodge the grenade spam while pwning your enemies! It is fun!

I'll never forget the moment of holding the beachline just in time for air support, holding the hill, destroying the fascist headquarters,breaking the frontlines in a crusader, and finally crossing the rhine, all on veteran. this game is hands down the best.

Gabe, I suppose you should learn more about gaming AND common sence, this is World War 2, not a made up war in Modern Warfare or Black Ops, the characters are in 3 completely different scenarios. Africa, Central Europe, and Eastern Europe.
