It's a Case CX210... not sure if that model is still available in stores... I bought it from my cousins Case dealership and I was told then that they were being discontinued...

Thanks for the comments guys... as for editing software I am happy with just taking songs in the back ground and the matching scale is not something i am really worried about at the moment since I am only using my cheap models... I have too much invested to be risking much more right now... thanks again....

I like alot...very few people use good toys to animate..good job. Might try using something like ikitmovie (type it in to google to find it ) to add sound effects..really makes a difference.
