Well there's not much anyone can do legally, (but sue) they can censor a phone call or a text because you are borrowing their service. Since you have to subscribe to get their service and sign a contract they can do almost anything, kinda like Direct-TV can legally keep track of what you watch can send that info to other sources because you have to use their satellites, their equipment, but I don't agree with censorship at all.
