I've heard a lot of phone messages, and it's my first time beating the Campaign as well, so I just go to the phones that I think I haven't heard yet, go on and wait for a checkpoint, then it's on to the next one until *Plink*?

@AchievementHntrX360 I think you can save immediately after listening to the message, return to the main menu, choose a different chapter and load.

I think I proceeded to the next checkpoint just to make sure the auto-save kicked in and took care of it before I quit and loaded the next mission.

But I did just cherry pick missions after completing the campaign to listen to the messages.

this is definately not the vest game ever made. it was a great game and all but beeing duke nukem it coulda been better. this was kool but the original duke nukem games were like a maze and u had to find ur way to the end. which is what made it unique. this game was duke nukem turned into a regular game. but still a great game

The order in which the collectibles are found doesn't matter at all. I just played to the next Checkpoint to be sure the game saved the progress.

@557011 yeah start from duke lives in chapter select instead of "new game" and you will have full ego. Because if you start from "New game" it will reset your ego. so go into "Chapter select" and take the first chapter "duke lives" and there you go :)

I believe the game doesn't know if you really listened to the whole message or not. Anyway, it's safer to listen to them completely. I personally stood around until the message was over.

You don't need to complete the whole mission. Just play until the next checkpoint. That's how I did it.

@realtactikz its a collaboration of people that find these things ..sometimes they have book guides for the game but most of the time its just a thread in a forum were people piece it together 1 by 1 as they find them.. not sure how powerpyx does it but i see alot of his vids on ps3trophies on there game guides . if your a trophy hunter you need to go to ps3trophies org or com
