Infotech: Installing a fan controller

what if my Fan only has a 4 pin Molex cable (that plugs into the psu) and no small 3 pin heads that would connect on the motherboard ?

I'm planning to get a fan controller but i don't know which fans are compatible with the fan controller.

@FreeLessonsOnGuitar in this case you need to buy a different fan. This is my solution because case fans are super cheap. Now if you absolutely cannot afford this, you can strip the wires and do some fancy makeshift work, but you could also electrocute yourself or make a short, so I don't reccomend it.

Nice tutorial, though i recommend using something like a Scythe Kaze Master controller, it gives you RPM and temp readings as well =D
